Review 1：I would avoid the smaller rooms facing the back.

Review 2：Not exactly all mod cons, but the rooms are quite nice, the hotel very clean, it has a good wee local bar; very friendly staff, excellent value for money, location is close to the beach.

Review 3：Such a lovely hotel, so glad I found it! Privately owned and run by wonderful caring staff. Fabulous breakfast spread in the mornings and a lovely terrace to have a drink in the eves. Rooms are really well decorated and beds very comfy. We loved our stay!

Review 4：Location is not close to any major city center or highway (although close to the Pacha)). The real major problem was at check-out time when there was nobody in the reception at 7am and I could not order a taxi and almost missed my flight.

Bus at the front desk was like our mom and I am 45 y/o. Gave us beach towels and explained everything about the island. This the place to be!

Review 21：The staff were so helpful and friendly, made the stay that much better. The location is great if you like the nightlife but don't want to be in the middle of it constantly. The beach is a stones throw away and there are loads of nice local restaurants nearby plus a great shop for day to day things.

Review 22：We had a double 'superior' room, no terrace ane very small window. I felt claustrophobic there. No where where to hung out wet stuff, no lights inside the room, no sleep because of the noise from the street, every time we had to login in again with password to to get wifi. We couldn't wait to leave this hotel.

Review 28：The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful to us, even to the point of giving us a little Spanish lesson! We arrived earlier than planned and they held our bags for us and had them moved up tot he room for our return. The hotel itself was only a 50m walk to the beach front with plenty food and drink options and a 10 minute walk tot he water taxi to get to Old Town.

Review 56：The hotel was comfortable, and well placed, just behind the Talamanca seafront. A walk along the beach, and a short ferry ride brought us to Ibiza town. Breakfast very nice, but the highlight was the service. Natalia, on reception was ever present, and eager to answer any question and to go out of her way to make our stay special.

Review 121：The location of the hotel is very good. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel. We took the bus to go to marina and old city. We walked from the beach to marina in 15 minutes. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was big. The room was nicely and modernly decorared.

Review 122：We made a reservation for a room with a balcony but when we arrived to the hotel we were given a room what they called "superiror" but without a balcony. This wasn't a big problem though but they could be more organized in giving the reserved rooms to the clients. Other than this everything was fine.

Review 123：The staff is very helpful and friendly. Although with the lack of their English (some of them) they all tried to be very helpful all the time. The cleaning of our room also worked well, and we found our room always made up. The interior design is simple and useful. The breakfast is much better than many of the other hotels in the same class. The location is also convenient, very close to the beach, costs 10 € by taxi from Ibiza town or you can walk to the marina in 15 mins and get a water taxi.

Review 124：We had a late flight, and the staff (unprompted) kindly offered to store our bags as well as provide us access to fresh towels and a shower later in the day so we could enjoy the beach without facing a salty flight home.

Review 125：We hired a car which was great out of peak season however if you go in season it would be a nightmare parking as the hotel doesn't have a car park and the roads are very narrow with limited spaces.
