Review 1：Only small things. The Wi-Fi didn't work during our stay, which may or may not be a bigger problem. (The staff suggested a hotel with free wifi a few blocks away.). The hotel is a few blocks off the main road, which means walking down a side street in the dark; we certainly didn't mind but others might.

Review 2：Very comfortable hotel, in a nice location between the airport and the rest of the city, with a large room and a good shower. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was quite good.

Review 9：when we arrived, our flight was 2 hours late, so noone was waiting for us at the airport, and we had to take a taxi instead of the shuttle the day after we had a national flight, but the shuttle driver did not understand English and dropt us off at the international terminal. so... we had to take another taxi

Review 13：Although getting an email of confirmation, when we landed at the airport no shuttle came to pick us up. We had to call the hotel and than the driver and wait for almost 30 minutes late evening outside the arrivals area for the shuttle to pick us.

Review 18：The room was very nice and aboce all the staff was wonderful! I stayed there because of a long layover in Addis abd had only a few hours to enjoy the city. The manager of the hotel arranged a tour for me with the hotel's driver for a fair price which made the trip unforgettable. Also the internet was not vad at all!
