Review 1：Pool v cold. Poor coffee.

Review 2：Easy walking distance to lovely beaches. Good staff. Had pride in their service even with only two weeks left to end of the season. breakfast was leisurely. Medium sized one bed apt was ok to good. Loads of hot water which was needed for kids after v cold pool swim. Kids loved the nightly kids disco. They were only brit kids there but everything was translated for them personally. Nice touch.

Review 3：Asked 3 times at check-in if we had booked a room or an apartmentdespite the booking details being in front of the clerk. Mini kitchenhad 5 cupboard doors with loose or broken hinges. Air conditioningworked but was inadequate, room was very hot when we arrived and tookmany hours to cool to an acceptable temperature. On another day themaids had left the balcony door off latch [this happened twice and is asecurity risk] stopping the air conditioning. Coffee/tea maker islisted on the amenities but was not in the room. Told at reception thiswas because they get stolen and we had to order one if we wanted it. Aroom safe is listed in the amenities [not as a paid extra]. When weasked why it was not working we were told there was a staggering chargeof €49 per week!!! In addition there was nothing in the room to tell youthis. Management would not give in on this despite my assertion that asit was not listed as a chargeable extra then it should have beenincluded. They did compensate us with a bottle of wine but theirintransigence over the safe and the charge is of concern [especiallygiven my comment about the balcony door being left unlocked above]. Tvchannels are almost all German with only 4 English channels none ofwhich were of any interest.

Review 4：Pool area excellent and well managed with plenty of chairs and goodcontrol of people using the pools. Plenty of quality entertainment forchildren. Evening buffet was good and varied over the 5 days we stayed.Although there is no car park, street parking was plentiful and free.Wi-FI is listed as being wired and only in the public areas and charged.However wireless is available in the rooms at a charge. Tip - pay the 7day rate of €10 for any length of stay!!! Allows you to only connect oneitem at a time but you can switch.

Review 5：I specifically requested apartment which is located further away from the stage (as we have a small child who goes to bed earlier), I even called 1 week in advance to double check if everything is fine and then we got apartment next to the stage which was extremely loud. After complaint due to the fact that hotel was full, we had to go to the other building (across th street ) and ended up in smaller apartment at the same price and no one offered us any kind of compensation even though it was obviously their mistake. Apart from this, staff was generally very nice and really tried to help. Quality of beds is quite low and they are as well twin beds put together which are then moving and separating from each other during the night, so you can end up in the hole if you don't stay on your side. :)

Review 9：proximity to beach, market, shops, Food was wonderfully prepared and offered a wide variety of choices. Staff was very friendly, nearly all spoke excellent English & could explain the various excursions. The lady that cleaned our room every day went out of her way to make sure everything was clean and oderely & the free nightly entertainment could be enjoyed by all ages of guests. My grand daughter turned 14 while we were there and staff treated her like royalty that evening w/card signed by management as well as fresh baked cookies in our room and a cake at dinner.

Review 10：Terrible value for money, can't believe its rated 4 star. The staff were nonchalant and the kitchen was missing loads of utensils. They charged us 578 euro for two nights!!!!

Review 12：Broken glass near poolside restaurant was pointed out to staff who did nothing about cleaning it up even though children running around barefoot. Some restyarsnt staff were great, others not so nice. Uncomfortable beds

Review 14：Wi-fi is nowadays free of charge in most accommodation, shame it is not here (3 euros per day). Also, a bit surprised that we had to pay to use the safe in the apartment (2 euros a day, and 2,50 euros if you stay less than a week??).

Review 15：The aparthotel was great for 5 days. Our daughter had a great time. There is a lot for kids, pool, kids club, mini-disco, toys. The apartment was nice and spacious, the food in the restaurant was great and varied. It is situated very close to es dolc beach (10 mins walk), estanys (15 mins walk). We would definitely recommend it.

Returned late august 2014.It felt like we had came home.All of the staff remembered us.The food was brilliant the service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.It was my sons 11th birthday while we were there, the hotel spoiled him rotten.The hotel was perfectly sited for the BEST swimming centre.Thank you a special mention to Markus the best barman in Mallorca! A total recommend for any family holiday.We hope to return soon and often.

It was ideal as we have a young child and we thought all the rooms had balconies overlooking the evening activities - meant we could still be a part of it once our child had gone to bed. Unfortunately we were placed behind the stage so we couldn't see anything and it was quite noisy. They said it wasn't possible to move us even though people checked in and out the entire time we were there. Not great loyalty to returning visitors.

Review 38：Fantastic location - we were in Mallorca for the triathlon which was on the doorstep! Beaches close by, easy to park, friendly hotel staff, great food, loved the pool. We have never been to the same place for a holiday more than once but already planning to return to Isla De Cabrera as we loved it so much.

Review 39：The lager was flat. Old fashioned British beer mugs do not serve lager properly. It should fizz, especially at bar prices. The beds are very hard.

Review 40：People were exceptional from the cleaners to the superb 'Animacion' who entertained the kids brilliantly. Location is excellent, just a stroll from the port with its restaurants and bars and two white sand beaches.

Review 43：Superb value for money, very friendly staff & excellent loaction. This is 2nd year we have used the hotel for the triathlon & it's only a few minutes from the start line. We wouldn't hesitate going back again.

Review 44：The staff of the restaurant does not speak any leanguages (EN,DE,FR) except Spanish. There is a system of reservation of tables - so you can easily end up inside if oyu are not attentive to this. Common spaces would already be needing some renovation. in august I find it absolutely overpriced.

Review 45：very well situated - just next to the local beach - which is nice, and good for families with children. Nice animators - even in this time of the year and ok food. well arranged complex, with airy one bedroom apartmatnts. pricing in september is quite good.

Review 48：The animation is horrible and there is no escape. Even sitting in your room with windows shut doesn't matter. Every night from 10 - 11pm it's noisy and little kids cannot sleep. Staff at reception is also very moody. Paying for your whole stay upon arrival is also very unusual, but policy at this hotel. At hotel bar, cash payment is the only way - also a nuisance.

Review 50：There was a charge for wi fi , 15 euros for one week, and only one device could log onto wi fi at a time. Most hotels now have free access and unlimited devices can log online, which is needed, especially when you are travelling with teenagers. The cost of drinks with evening meals is rather inflated, 12 euros for a bottle of wine which is 2 euros in the supermarket!

Review 51：The apart hotel had a spacious living/dining area where the 2 sofas were single beds in the evening and there was a double wardrobe. The separate bedroom had 2 single beds, 2 double fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Towels for around the pool are free and can be changed as often as needed.Food choice good for adults and children. Lots of fresh fish, meat. salad and fruit The majority of the guests are German, Spanish and French.

Review 53：A very nice relaxed hotel, we found the rooms comfortable and slightly larger than some other aparthotels. Many nationalities staying at this hotel. Selection of food offered and the quality was very good. Pool very good for the very young to very old.

Review 54：Ashame drinks and food that was bought in the pool cafe's could not be charged to the room instead of being paid cash. Children scooters should from a safety view have none-broken wheels.

Review 55：Very nice appartment (building next to the main hotel) - quite - super room service - not too many people in the pools - super service in the reception - good in supporting you, when you need a doctor for the children - very good facilities for the children - great in and outdoor restaurant with variation from day to day

Review 59：This aparthotel is great and very nicely maintained. Location is a few walking steps from the beach and boulevard/habour of Sant Jordi. We didn't go to the beach here instead we had fun in Es Trenc beach. It is not a long drive from this hotel. We used it as a stop from our favourite Es Trenc. It has room comfortable enough for a family of four. The kids enjoyed themselves in the pools. Food is good and fresh. Nice kiddie club too.

Review 60：Nice comfortable rooms with kitchen! Very good food and nice waiters in the restaurant! The beach is quite close and it is the best option for the parents with the babies!

Review 61：About 90% of the guests were German and because of that the staffaddressed everyone by default in German. It didn't feel like we werein Spain... The entertainment in the evening was too loud and it wasdifficult to fall asleep! The apartment was warm in the afternoon andthe airconditioning didn't manage to cool it. Our baby woke up allsweaty after her afternoon nap. At night, the aurconditioning workedfine, though. There was no water boiler in the kitchen. Wifi is not freeand costs 15 euros for a week.

Review 62：The apartment was large and clean! The breakfast and dinner buffet werevery good and dinner was different every night. Restaurant staff werevery friendly. Nice large pool with a large shallow area for smallchildren. The little playground for toddlers is nice. From the airport,it takes less than an hour by car and the roads are perfect.

Review 63：Not a hotel for young couples. I'd to pay 15 Euro for 1 week internet use. They think internet is a luxury. Spa is a complete waste.
