Review 1：I did not like TV location and quality of channels reception in my room. The shower drain should be revisited fundamentally, it takes 15 minutes to empty.

Review 2：The buffet was great, terrace too. Staff was helpful and kind. Shuttle from/ to airport was perfect especially the driver, he was unique.

Review 3：This hotel itself was very nice. Good staffs and service, clean room and delicious breakfast. But It was REALLY hard to get there by taxi. I took a taxi and showed the driver my receipt which has their phone number and address on. The driver called the phone number and nobody answered. he couldn't get where it is through the address. (Yes.. Don't forget where you are. it is not like your home country.) We asked almost about ten other taxi drivers and no one knew where this is. I found an internet cafe and searched it and showed it to the driver. Except this, It was good to stay there.

Review 4：Sadly, the Hotel is next to a very noisy club and the roads are in need of repair. However, when they stop building on the street the road will be mended.

Review 6：location,internet, there is noise in hotels. not enaugh hot water. hotel boss doesnt know how to speak with costumer. I wasnt happy to stay there because of above problems. wanted to early check out but they charged 2 days because of company policies. ( standart answer) I told my objections to the hotel boss.for example hot water comes less, and he is showing me cold water'' look water coming'' yes but I am not interesting with cold water already. after went reception and paid for 2 days and said ok I am here for one day more. hotel boss says'' if you dont like this hotel why you are staying 1 more night and I said why you are charging 2 days then. he is doing this conversation beside of other costumer. if you focus only peoples pocket you will loss money very very soon. if you focus people hospitality and their heart. you can have very good feedbacks , reputation and can gain money after.

Review 7：I have never seen amazing staff in my life before. but only staff.

Review 8：Shower does not have door ; the curtains are installed wrong in everyroom so everytime you shower you will have water everywhere until nexttime they service your room.Sometimes they forget to service your room. breakfast is for Ethiopians , so as a western person you may not find anything you like . electric and water goes out EVERY DAY !!! for hours sometimes ... the road the hotel is on is a dirt road and filled with low level HOOKUP bars !! so middle of the night room rentals becomes normal .... when you mention any of the problems to be fixed they look at you like you came from out of space ! Helloooo , we need water you know !! the room was large though ... I give them that !! :)

Review 9：Well I stayed here for $ 55 a night for 10 nights.... I cant say it is ahorrible place but there are better places for the money if you aregoing to stay longer than a week... With the city standards the placeshould have been rated at 6.0 and the price should have been $40 anight. The staff was friendly but that does not bring service to thelevel that it supposed to be unfortunately

Review 10：The buffet breakfast was just so-so. Though it was to be served daily from 06:00 - 10:30, when I arrived my first morning at 09:00, there was little food remaining, it was clear the buffet is ‘not replenished’ Best to arrive early if you want to eat some food. And for some reason the thermos of coffee and tea was not available until 07:15 - 07:30 each day, and eggs were served only ‘hard-boiled’, no other style. WiFi was just okay and could often be frustratingly slow, and of course Ethiopia blocks many websites. Most importantly, I slept well only one night during my 3-night stay: two of my 3 nights, a pack of stray dogs kept barking in front of Oasis Hotel throughout the night, loud enough to wake me several times even though I wore wax ear plugs. There are other better-value lodging options nearby for 1/3 the cost.

Review 16：The staff speaks English very well, is very friendly and very helpful. If you have got aproblem and they really try to help. The rooms are very clean and in good condition especially in comparision to many other places. It's situated in a safe and quiet area and close (5-10min with transfer) to the airport. A big plus is the free airport transfer.

Review 17：The Oasis has a really comfortable bed, good wifi and breakfast and excellent service. Airport pick up was a great bonus and we had no trouble finding the dirver. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. It's off the main road, but they will call you a taxi. Overall good value for the cost

Review 18：Booked transport to the hotel twice. First time, at 1:00 am, transportwas a no show and despite waiting 30 minutes and calling multipletimes, no answer. Called the next day to rebook. Luckily, EthiopianAirlines was putting me up. Went out to tell the pickup that I hadanother hotel and again no sign, no driver, no pickup. Location andprice appear to be very good. But despite confirming and reconfirmingbefore my first arrival and then reconfirming by phone no one evershowed up to pick me up and trying to call for 30 minutes and have noone answer at 1:00 to 1:30 am is not going to be a welcome for any late-arrival travelers. Not good!

Review 26：Booking.com made an error with my booking showing an available room over my date when there was not. The staff jumped thru hoops to find my a room within the hotel to honor it anyways. The rooms are extremely nice with a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
