Review 1：The suite has a sitting room with a beautiful view of the castle. Bought wine, cheese, fresh bread in town for $12 and had a wonderful rustic experience with my family. Vladimir was an ideal host that drove us from & to out car (cars can't be parked in town). His recommendation of Satkavske was perfect - a culinary highlight of the trip!

Review 2：I was looking forward to a mini vacation in Krems, but the hotel was disapointing. Pillows we're lumpy, bed was uncomfortable. There was no thermostat in the room, room temperature was extremely high so we couldn't sleep. The room wasn't soundproof, you could hear everything going on around. The mini fridge was not working. Extremely low value for money.

Review 4：Indifferent staff. Hotel was abandoned by staff after 9.00 p.m. on a Saturday night and even the elevator / lift was switched off. Forced to enter hotel through side door. Quite bizarre. Building as bland as a warehouse and about as charming.

Staff were really helpful which I appreciated being on my own in a foreign country. This made my stay very pleasant and relaxing. Very good bike hire shop about 3 minutes walk away. People are very polite and trusting - hotel did not expect payment until end of trip. Bike hire did not ask to see ID or for a deposit - amazing! Fridge in room. Wonderful cakes in local cafes. Great cycling along the Danube trail. Fantastic hotel restaurant, big portions, traditional Austrian dishes
