Review 1：- The Spa area could have little less light and more warm and peaceful music - I guess the idea to be there is to relax. - One day there was a mix-up on changing rooms and showers - so I walked in to mens showers and it was saying very clearly that it was mens shower, but it was full of girls! because from other end, it was saying it was women showers! - Breakfast at the restaurant could have more fresh food and variety - it was way below average. - Cafe had limited selection of items for snacks and was closed late evenings. - Staff did not speak or understand English. - bathroom was not well maintained - the wash basin had some drainage problem.

Pointless. - restaurants are pretty good overall but expensive for what you get. - while the hotel is "Nice" its not a five star hôtel at all. -staff doesnt speak a very good english

If you want to go to the spaafter the checkout you have to rent a towel for 3 euro. And finally,lots of noisy children, which is ok if you're with kids too, but canbe annoying if you're not.

Review 17：Standard deluxe rooms are very old with a smell of old place, very poor sound isolation, breakfast is all the same every day, breakfast and rooms don't meet 5 or 4 star hotel requirements, I would rate it as 3 star hotel and price per night should be lower.

Review 27：Breakfast choices were limited and food quality was poor. Housekeeping did no cleaning of room and help provided was minimal. The hotel was fully booked and it appeared there was not enough staff personnel. Spa treatments are too expensive and do not provide enough choices.

Review 29：The concierge staff were extremely unhelpful and have incorrect information. We waited 5minutes in front of the desk waiting for the manager to get off the phone - she didn't even acknowledge us or indicate she would be available to help. There was only ever one person on the desk which meant checking in took a long time, as the queue was very long. Service was awful. Trying to call reception from your room was very difficult too, as they often wouldn't answer so you would have to call about three separate times..

Also the accommodation in a ship was advertised, yet there was no ship. We were told by the staff it sailed to London ages ago?

Review 61：I would like to have more sports activity organized by the hotel staff:aerobics, different dance classes...yoga classes and I would like tohave them also in English language. There are very many guests in thehotel coming from Finland and Sweden and the main languages forcommunication are Finnish and Swedish. It will be also very nice to havethe possibility to buy the newspapers and magazines in Enlgish.

Review 68：We stayed on the "Sunborn Princess" Yacht, in a room with a balcony and a nice view. The place was clean and neat, yet some facilities were updated for a five-star hotel. For instance, the old TV. Well, it is true that while going on holiday one does not watch too much TV, yet my five-year old son wanted to watch a cartoon channel - none! And all channels in Finnish or Swedish! On the other hand, the pools, the spa facilities and the restaurants were excellent. We had breakfast at Le Soleil restaurant (very varied and tasty food) and we had dinner at Thai Garden restaurant (where the dishes were extremely good - especially the desserts!). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at Naantali Spa hotel and we will definitely return!

Review 69：I attended the NNDR conference dinner, which was well below the standard I expected for a€60 dinner. The portion sizes were appalling. Given the excellent standard of care and catering throughout the conference I was very disappointed.

Review 71：Comparing with my earlier visits two points were negative:1) The Tai restaurant was fully booked, even though we tried to get a table on our arrival at 5pm. Apparently most of those in the restaurant were not staying in the Spa. I suggest you point out that this may be a problem when confirming the booking, so that a reservation can be may some days earlier. 2) A small point. Is it necessary to charge 5e for beach shoes to go to the pool area? You supply free of charge towels and robe. So why not go the whole way and supply free of charge beach shoes. It looks so strange to see your guests walking around in outside boots/shoes when wearing a bathrobe.

Review 72：It is very convenient to our mökki in Rymatala. So twice a year, inSpring and Autumn, we use the Spa as a base to winterize and de-winterize the mökki, which is not heated.

Review 75：This is a five star hotel with the luxury expected. We got four nights on the yaught for 500 euro. I pay this for one night in Dublin. There is a harbour within ten minutes walk with three very good restaurants. I may go back in July next year.

We had expected a doble bed.On the order form we had a confimation that we had ordered an ekstrabed. But when we got to our room, we had to ask for it twice before amatress was put in. On our preorder form we where promised a balcony,but we gor a room without it.In the ventilator in the bathroom it looked like it had mold inside of it.

Review 77：Great location, close to the seaside and Muumin world. Good resturantsat the hotel, convenient to have them on site.Check- in time was at 14:00, out we got our key to the room at 12:00 when we arrived.

Review 78：Even though the hotel provided us a lot of good experiences, I can never say staff services were certainly reached at the 5-star level. We had a great anxious how could we go to Helsinki after the checkout (since we had arrived with my friend's support), but a staff provided only a typical information; just said we should take a bus in front of the hotel (but it was even the wrong direction! we have saved by another staff occasionally at the bus stop). In addition, we waited a long time at the reception spot of a vacant restaurant without any support of surrounding other staffs. Of course these must be rare case, but we felt somewhat disappointment for these bureaucratic services.
