Review 1：Wifi doesn't work most of the time. The bathroom is old and looks dirty. The rooms are very small and old, the lights are not confortable. Depends on the person, Saffs at the reception can give unreliable information....

Review 2：a lot of pools and shows at night Food is very German, but in general ok.

Review 3：Due to the salt wet lands nearby mosquito spray is a must.

Review 4：The ponds and wildlife were a great addition to the complex plus how the accommodation buildings were set out! It was thoughtful that not having children on our stay they put us furthest away from the animation and evening entertainment.

Review 5：Bedrooms are in need of a makeover. The only 3 English speaking TV channels (there are over 40, mainly Spanish and German) often fail to get any signal.

Review 8：A great club hotel with an excellent cuisine and outstanding staff, always going the extra mile. We spent a lovely week for a short vacation. For my girlfriends birthday the staff went beyond the expected, including candle light dinner, free sparkling vine and a gift. The food is very good and though buffet service, the selection varies daily and the chefs do a great job in providing great selection of local and international food. The vine selection is good and fairly priced. The very nice spa are offers anything you need to come down after a nice day at the beach and grab a drink at the pool bar afterwards. While the hotel appears very child friendly - us no kids people were not bothered at all. Excellent Value for the money - we will definitely be back for another get-away vacation.

Review 19：Some of the waiting staff is doing a terrible job. One waitress poured a beer by flipping the bottle upside down (I kid you not) and when the glass started overflowing she said "Mierda!" then put her thumb(!) on it to stop the flow! Instead of apologizing she picked a napkin and wiped off the foam then left. We were totally incredulous and thought there was a hidden camera. We were more laughing than upset and did not report it, but some people might have taken it the wrong way.

Review 20：The staff (reception) is really helpful, friendly, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the beach is not far at all. The food is very very good and varied. The pool is super clean.

Review 21：We stayed again this week which was our second time in two years, a nice hotel with not one English beer drinking yob in sight. Hotel is very clean, tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. The biggest question is would we stay again, Yes we would.

Review 22：Fight for sun beds is crazy. German owned and mostly German clientele so sun beds hard to get. Spa staff are rude awful. Rooms are 2 star.

Free courtesy bus to the beach definitely worth going to Sa Rapita beach takes about 30 mins but the beach is the best it's beautiful & clean & not overcrowded as most people choose the beach that's nearer.

Review 29：If I wanted to be really picky table allocation at evening mealtime not very practical. Should be first come first served for terrace. Some tables were booked out but remained empty. Bit of a waste.

Review 30：Had 4 days spare. Late booking. Excellent accommodation, location & facilities. Pools excellent. Staff very helpful. Return visit was so impressed the first time. Easy access from airport. 8.30am flight from Gatwick, were poolside by 13.45 Majorca time (12.45GMT). Just perfect!!!!

Review 31：1 The regimented dining arrangements. On our own we would have chosen to eat at1930-not possible under current arrangements which require dining at 1830 or 2030 2 The unavailability of a decent beach nearby. The beach recommended by the hotel is a drive away. Car parking arrangements are poor, eating is ludicrously expensive at restaurant and bars and the beach itself is crowded-altogether a poor experience. There are alternative beach areas but all require a decent walk.

Review 32：As a mature couple, had we been on our own this hotel would not have been suitable-full of noisy young children and some even noisier adults. Fortunately, we were with a group including our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren on a tennis training week+,for which the facilities were ideally suited.

Review 33：- The food is very 'german'. It's bland and not what we had in mind when going to on a holiday on the Mediterranean sea. We were missing fish, more fresh things... the eggs in the morning are cooked and 'kept warm' by the cook... The cook 'kills' the freshly cooked fish or meat in the evening by cooking them for 30 minutes.. - The little ones could be better occupied at the kids club. Our kids were not keen to go and do puzzles and play doh.

Review 34：The pool area is lovely for both kids and parents. The main entertainer whom we called 'senior catastrophe' as he always says 'catastrophe'! Kids club, or though they could do more with the little ones. The way breakfast and food times, versus the entertainment was organised. Very lovely front of house, who was always helpful. Review 65：Unfortunately this time I had an extreme reaction to langoustine which I ate on our first night of the holiday. I was ambulanced to Palma hospital and needed to use your hotel doctor throughout my stay. (he too was very professional and helpful ) But subsequent blood tests have shown that it was a bad langoustine that caused this, which I ate in the restaurant upstairs on the first night.While this is obviously rare and I am not wanting to make a big issue of this, apart from taking over our entire 5 day holiday, I think you need to be aware of such things to concentrate on your suppliers. We have always loved eating in the restaurant, the food is always delicious and there is always refreshing variety. But obviously the source must be dependable.

I would avoid such a situation in the future The general area of Mallorca where the hotel is situated is not one of our favourites as it is very flat also the beach at Es Trenc is very narrow since there have stopped access to the backing sand dunes

Review 74：The immediate setting was very nice ( but see below re general area) the hotel dining room etc was very good as was the food, but the bedrooms were beginning to look a little jaded and need redecorating. The staff especially the reception staff were excellent.

Review 81：The beds were a bit too firm, but okay. I missed not being able to make coffee/tea in my room. I think this should be included in each room or, alternatively, the hotel could provide a free or nominal fee drink station in the lobby.

Review 82：I liked the half board option for including breakfast and dinner with the price of the rooms. We rented two family suites for our family of five. One suite was set up to sleep up to four and the other was set up to sleep two with a separate living area with sofa. We asked for and were given suites next door to one another. We enjoyed the outdoor pool (one that was heated,) indoor pool, spa area and clay tennis courts.

Review 83：We were cycling around Mallorca and I had no trousers. The staff tried to stop us going into the dining room as trousers were required for the evening meal. After explaining this we were allowed in, but staff kept informing us I needed trousers. This fact is not explained anywhere on the booking form.
