Review 1：A little bit out of the attractive centre of Agen town (say 1.5Km).

Review 2：Clean efficient French business style Hotel. Delivered exactly as advertised, and good value for money.

Review 7：One of the female members of staff was very rude - we had a very large vehicle and had parked it quite close to the reception (it didn't fit into a standard space). She was very sarcastic when I suggested we couldn't find a more suitable place (it's not obvious that the carpark next door, next to the restaurant is accessible to hotel guests). Not a professional way to sort out a simple misunderstanding, and it let down an otherwise friendly staff reputation.

Review 8：A nice clean and simple apart - hotel in a decent location on the edge of town. The man working the reception / bar on the evenings was exceptionally helpful and friendly, even calling nearby restaurants to make bookings and recommendations.

Review 9：This hotel/apartment is on the edge of Agen effectively part of a trading estate. The description is simply misleading - "guests can visit the nearby Agen Cathedral as well as the Agen Aqueduct over the River Garonne". Well of course they can - but they will need to walk through a pretty unattractive part of Agen along very poor pavements for 30-40 minutes or drive for 15 minutes to do so. Very disappointing. Breakfast pretty indifferent

Review 12：Breakfast was very good. Marguerite, the lady in charge of breakfast was fantastic. Never stopped, always making sure there was croissants, fresh bread available. She was always welcoming. Mattress was amazing. Wanted to take it with me ! Restaurant next door Was extremely good.

Review 17：We had stayed before so I requested the same room if possible. We didn't get the same room but were charged a 3euro supplement for a pool veiw! This was removed when I objected.

Review 22：Very easy to find . Not far from motorway. Staff very friendly and helpful particularly Isabel who responded to our many requests very graciously and Tierry who sorted out my IPad . Well appointed kitchen . We had a large corner room overlooking the pool.

Review 23：The self-catering facilities are excellent with a fridge, cooker, sink, crockery, cutlery and glasses.. Everything is available so you can shop at Geant or Intermarche nearby and cook a great meal. There is a dining table and several chairs. The parking is free, really convenient and you can always find a space. The wifi is free, fast and reliable.
