Review 1：Didn’t get time to use the swimming pool/sauna which looked awesome and didn’t use the indoor parking. Only mini drawback: there was no shampoo (but there is soap).

Review 2：We were the only people at the hotel. Very nice receptionist who left the keys for us in a locker as we arrived late. Little flat with everything needed. Receptionist offered cheaper tickets to Pic du Midi and had a webcam to check the weather up there was ok before we bought the ticket.

Review 3：Comfortable but very basic room, structure and services. Maybe, just staying one night, we couldn't really appreciate it better.

Review 5：Qué nos cobraron la entrada de un niño de 3 años para subir al Pic du Midi cuando los niños menores de 5 años son gratis. Tuvimos que reclamar y nos devolvieron el dinero.

Review 6：El apartamento estaba muy bien y bastante completo de menaje de cocina. La ubicación estupenda en los pirineos. El personal bastante amable y saben español. El supermercado de Carrefour es bastante caro pero tiene un pase. Pudimos comprar la entradas para subir al Pic du Midi en la misma residencia. Los niños menos de 5 años no pagan. La recepciónista nos cobró 22€ por un niño de 3 años. Después tuvimos que reclamar que nos devolvieran el dinero. El apartamento estaba muy bien y bastante limpio. Y muy bien equipado con microondas, cafetera (no hay filtros), hervidora de agua. La ropa de cama estaba completa . La toallas un poco escasas pero puedes pedirles más en recepción. Yo volvería a repetir y lo recomiendo para familias con niños y grupos de personas adultas.

Review 16：We absolutely loved our stay. We had a 4 bedroom apartment to ourselves for a very cheap price! Very spacious, wonderful balcony with views on to the mountains. Great kitchen facilities - all very modern! comfy beds and sofas! And lovely shower/bath! Also very close to la mongie so you can walk down to the restaurants and shops! (Would recommend la schuss for a meal- great food and service!)

Review 18：We booked a last minute deal and we were very happy to arrive at an apartment that was beyond our expectations, very clean, spacious, two bathrooms, balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, great kitchen, comfy beds and a great location for exploring Garvarnie and Pont D Espagne. We even had our shopping delivered for free by the local supermarket!

Review 19：Floors and tables were dusty at our arrival; expensive wifi and bad connection, even the high speed that they offer. I guess you can not expect more in a small town at high altitude

Review 20：wonderful views from the balcony of the apartment; lovely small downtown area with restaurants and a very convenient supermarket; very spacious and comfortable apartment; if you keep the kitchen clean, it's not a big deal the final cleaning

Review 21：The room was dirty, there were stains on the threadbare towels provided and the pillows were not very nice. When we explained that towels were stained and kitchen pots were dirty and asked for replacements we were told tough and even when we asked booking.com to make contact with the hotel they refused to do anything! This hotel is a bit more like a hostel than a hotel.

Review 33：I booked for sufficient rooms so we each had a proper bed. We are amixed group and do not agree to share a mixed room nor share beds. Butalthough I had paid for each to have a proper bed, because their are 3of us we were given 1 bed and a settee. Stop doing this. This is thethird time you have done this to us. And the last - we will go elsewherenext time. I had to complain and was moved to an apartment with 1 bed inone room, two bunks in another which meant one person had the singleroom, the other had the bunks - and I was on the settee again. I paidfor each to have a bed. I selected an apartment with a room with twosingles in one room and a separate room with a bed. I paid for that -whydid I not get allocated what I paid for. Because we are 3 you think itis ok for people to be on the floor or having to share the same bed!!!No sheets, or covers provided for the bunks or the settee- had to use our sleeping bags and had to ask a maid for towels and pillows. VERY ANGRY

Review 38：Second stay here in non ski season. Excellent location just outside of the village of La Mongie. Brilliant location for numerous walks such as Pic Du Midi & Gavarnie. Private parking and pool, sauna, steam room. We had the whole place to ourselves!

Review 39：Only let down was that the apartment felt a bit grubby, espacially the floors, given a good clean (wardrobe doors, kitchen table sides and legs etc) it would make a big difference. Bathroom was immaculate. A couple of pictures and bright cushions would make it more homely.

Review 40：Two balconies and plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, very modern and seemingly new bathroom. Nicely arranged apartment, ideal for short or long stay. Also very conveniently located, far enough to be quiet and near enough to access the pic du midi cable car (approx 10 min walk).

Review 47：We stayed in an apartment for 8 people but were only given 4 towels. Apparently this is standard. We weren't told before arriving that you have to bring everything with you; soap, washing liquid, washing powder, clothes, tea towels, toilet paper....
