Review 1：The apartment address and pick up address are completely different, you are given this on your confirmation, for ease if you are coming from the apartment it's the island with boat, turn left, letting agency is green in colour on the right. NB it is not the same name as the apartment. You need to ring a Spanish mobile so ensure you network allows this! To return the keys we found no letter box! We had to ask for clean bedding during our two week stay! These apartments need a lot of updating. The pool is small but clean. The flies incredible due to the close proximity of the restaurants air conditioning. They are approx 7 feet away from a nightclub that is open until 6am each night. Deliveries to club start around 7 am.....

Review 3：I hated the organisation of the place : - no cancellation possible (i mixed up the date) - I had to pick up the key at another location no one told me about so when I arrived I didn't know what to do - the adress I was given was wrong : the number didn't exist !!! - the place was expensive for what it was - the room was really noisy with a discotheque just in front My worth experience ever !
Review 4：A bit noisy (our terrace looked out over the road) but this really was our only niggle!
Review 5：The apartment was excellent - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen super and they replaced the faulty washing machine without us asking for a new one! Genuine one miniute walk to supermarket and Arenal beach
Review 6：when we arrived couldnt find the office to get key. Had to trawl the street asking people if they new. To no avail even went to tourist info. He looked up on computer tried to ring but couldn't help. eventually lady in cafe told us to try the place next door. Success as it did not have same name as accomodation. As our booking was last minute due to having to travel to Javea for family funeral it was quite stressfull. we did try Bungalow apartment earlier in day but still no one could tell us where to get key , we are familiar with Arenal area.

Review 12：Noise but I read reviews about it. Just bring earplugs and close the windows. My son slept right through every night. When we arrived the office girl did not speak English so I was lucky my friend could translate. They tried to charge 60 euro for aircon which advert said it had already. I did not go for it but regretted it as windows had to stay shut after music and cockroaches were getting into the apartment - ground floor issue with ants also. No kettle or toaster.
Review 13：Fantastic location. Our bungalow was beside the supermarket and the Arenal. lovely pool and caretaker Was lovely. He had no English but tried everything to understand us.
Review 14：The resort was very quiet and we arranged a late check out when we arrived. On the day of departure, we received a telephone call to ask us to leave there and then at the normal check out time. There was no notice beforehand. You need some Spanish as the staff do not speak English. There is no customer service once you have arrived if you a problem, as we did.

Review 16：It didnt explain very well where to get the keys from originally despite a google search which was a booking office in Javea away from the bungalows.. and the lady in the office didnt speak English very well - also we didnt have a toaster which it said there was one but other than that it was a great experience, have to leave 200euro deposit

Review 18：the fact you have to check in 10 minutes away from the bungalows, and no English spoken. we were lucky the guy took us to the office to check in, plus we wanted air con so had to walk 10 mins back to the office to pay it and then again walk back to the office to take the control and get the deposit back.bit of a pain

Review 22：Check in was a nightmare, nobody there when we arrived despite emailing, incorrect phone numbers on what was assumed to be an office but which was the "caretakers" home - he was asleep when we were knocking on the door. He didn't speak English and very poor Spanish. Bungalows not clean, pool inhospitable, damp in the wardrobe area, I will be writing separately about this excuse for holiday accommodation
Review 23：Enjoyed being with my friends, we made the best of a very bad experience.
Review 24：Took us 2 hours of driving around Javea to find the Office where the keys have to be collected from. The telephone number given just goes to an Answer machine. 2 Members of our party are Disabled. Nobody at the Bungalows or the Office then at 10.30pm a Man turned up at the Bungalows, he was very aggresive towards us and spoke no English whatsoever. He then made us follow him to the office by car to complete paperwork and hand over in cash €400 deposit. He then gave us bed sheets and keys to the Bungalows. Now 11pm we made our beds and went to sleep. Couldn,t make a drink as we had no water, kettle or even Gas. We had no Gas running to the hob for the whole week so had to eat out. The Bungalows are next door to a nightclub so if you want sleep, forget it as its open til 6am. The stay here has actually made me ill as i am Disabled and no sleep and all the stress has excarbarated my illness. I would never stay in these Bungalows even if they were free. Filthy, dirty and old fashioned and no organisation for people arriving. We showed him that 2 members were disabled but he did not care. I can only advise anybody thinking of booking this place not too, it was a very traumatic week and has certainly put us all off travelling to Spain again.

Review 26：The beds were uncomfortable and springy. There's a nightclub next door that keeps you awake till about 7:30am at the weekends. It smelt old and fusty and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. They don't provide towels, essentials or anything. Only 1 toilet roll.
Review 27：The location was spot for being on the beach and next to all the bars and restaurants and a supermarket. It has a terrace with outdoor furniture which is great to sit out on and eat al fresco.

Review 29：A bit difficult to find the offices to check in, this was a 5 min car journey from the accommodation. The man was helpful although spoke very little English. He directed us to the apt and pointed out that he lived just behind should we need him. (This was nice) The room was basic and bed small and not that comfy for a 6ft3" guy. The location was amazing, 2 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The Arenal area is nice but for a classy place I recommend the port. The guy was helpful and always keen to be sure you were ok.
Review 30：Could do with some updating (particularly the bathroom which was rather smelly). We knew that towels weren't provided and so this wasn't a problem for us but may be for others. There was no kettle in the kitchen. As others have said the staff speak no English so go equipped with phrase book or use Google translate as we did and you will have no problem. Patricia was really helpful and we managed to communicate in this way just fine.
Review 31：Obviously the location is the key attraction, with everything you need on your doorstep and the beautiful Javea beach just a few steps away. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment spacious (with an extra 4th single bedroom not mentioned in the description). Great free WIFI in the apartment.

Review 34：We checked in on Sunday and we had to wait for someone to come to the office to check us in as the office is not open on sunday. During check in we were not told that we had to hire the AC remote in order for it to work and neither were we offered the Wi-Fi password. The staff did not speak english and I do not speak very good spanish so it was not the easiest check in we have ever had.

Review 36：The keys pick up was 2 kms away from the apartment. Check in time is at5 pm while a check out is at 12, which doesn't seem too fair. Itdoes have air conditioning but we were asked to pay extra for it whichwas 8 euros a day. No towels. Door handles are broken, so if you lockyourself in the bathroom it's pretty impossible to open it again.Kitchen was full of ants. Half of the light bulbs were missing. We hadto make the beds ourselves. Kitchen didn't have any matches, soap,or dish cloth. If you choose to stay there you need to bring everythingwith you. And don't forget the air freshener because this house doesnot smell good.
