Review 1：We had no door on our bathroom, curtains didn't match and looked terrible. Passageways very dark and dingy. And we were locked out at 10pm after a meal out: lucky we had a mobile phone that worked as there was no night bell or other system.

Review 5：We arrived in the evening, enjoyed a very good meal in the restaurant and found the staff pleasant and efficient. We were due to catch a train at 06h00 the following morning and asked for a call at 05h00. Unfortunately, despite checking twice that it had been registered, the call was not made and, although I had used the alarm on my mobile phone to wake us up, it was rather disturbing .
