Situated in different locations in Jávea, within a 5-minute walk of Arenal Beach, Luxury Javea offers modern, air-conditioned apartments with private terraces and access to a communal pool.
One apartment is located on the beach front and offers lovely views of the sea. All apartments boasts a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Each has a bright living room with a flat-screen TV and dining table.
The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The private bathroom comes with a bath or a shower and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Shops and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute walk of the apartments. Jávea Golf Club is 5.6 miles a way and Montgó Nature Reserve can be reached in 12 minutes by car.

Review 1：There is plenty of parking on the road, so i wouldn't pay for that. The general decor is a little tired, could do with painting the bathroom and some english channels on the tv would be good.

Review 2：Good location for walking both to the Arenal or the port. I would definately stay here again.

Review 3：second bedroom not suitable for two adults no safe as advertised no english tv channels paint peeling on bathroom walls not advertised as two storey greeted and paid a gent who didnt speak English

Review 5：This property is over sold. It has a master bedroom but only a second room for one child or adult. It is not suitable for 2 adults which we asked for at time of booking. A single pull out bed is not sufficient for 2 adults.

Review 6：All lower floor accommodation and external pool areas. Such a pity the bedrooms let the property down.

Review 7：In our confirmation air-condition was included, but there have neverbeen instalated. Ventilation kitchen out of order. One toilet out offunction. Send mail and complained to booking.COM, But has still noe gotany answer.

Review 11：There were a number of poor points: 1) paint peeling significantly in both bathrooms 2) lack of hangers and linens and outdoor furniture just dumped in cupboards 3) broken furniture just shoved in drawers 4) lack of any English channels on the TV 5) no safe 6) management agents who failed to respond to our concerns to a satisfactory level Overall the apartment was lovely however our friends rented the identical apartment directly opposite for €250 less and even got free parking I wouldn't book luxury javea or luxury Valencia again
