Review 1：We got given the wrong room we had a long flight and just wanted to have a shower, but we had to wait until a member of staff brought us another set of keys to another room.

Review 3：great location walking distance to all restaurants and beach great market on Fridays just across the road . Have stayed here twice now and would defoe stay again Kerry Dunstable .
Review 4：The beds....two singles pushed together which we fell between more than once and they were uncomfortable. The sete in the living room was impossible to sit on so we gave up in the end. it was a pull out sofa bed. Only two sunbeds around the pool?

Review 9：5 minutes walking distance to the beach, supermarket downstairs, kitchen facilities were all in very good condition (we had microwave, kettle, oven, cooker, 2 frying pans, plates, cups, cutlery, wine glasses etc), underground parking, large balcony, free wi-fi. The price was very good too!

Review 14：Very bad communication in the beginning. Trusting the site, every day (exept in August) there should always someone be there to welcome you. But in fact we stood there on Sunday and on Sunday there is no-one. Telefone to Booking.com: someone will open the door for you immediately. Het still has to come. The email Paula had sent to us telling how to get the keys, never reached us, as we were on our way to Spain. In the appartment we missed manuals for everything. etc.etc.
Review 15：location: close to supermarket; close to Portet; close to the restaurants at the seeside. The weekly change of sheets and towels.
Review 16：The missing of various things in the kitchen: cups, board to cut a bread, breadknife etc. The very difficult entree of the garage. The lack of any management of the places in the garage: anybody puts his car at random, so the place you got mostly is occupied.

Review 51：The property description is misleading in more than one way. The building we were in did not overlook the port. The "penthouse" apartment we were allocated was tiny but supposedly sleeps 6, possibly 6 Hobbits - luckily there were only 2 of us. The size of the combined Lounge/Diner/Kitchen was 7 x 3.5 metres from entry door to terrace door as paced out. In the main bedroom which had twin beds, not a double as described, it was necessary to climb over one bed to reach the other because the room was so small. The second bedroom which had bunks, was very claustrophobic. It was a tight squeeze between the door and bunks to enter and the size as paced was 2.5 x 2 metres. Where persons 5 & 6 would sleep I have no idea. There is underground parking as stated but this must be paid for separately at 10 Euros daily. There was a very large terrace around the apartment but the sun loungers fabric was rotten so they were unusable. The iron did not work, microwave timer didn't work and the TV was tiny and has Spanish channels only.
Review 52：Clean and in a very central location. Air conditioning works well. Normally quite enough except during fiestas. Helpful receptionist.
Review 53：On a VERY noisy road, single glazing did not stop the traffic noise at all. The bathroom smelt of damp, poor ventilation and faulty cistern. The beds were terrible , cheap metal frames and uncomfortable to sleep in.The pool area was not inviting and the pool needed skimming of plant debris every day.

The spacious apartments had a balcony and whilst at the back of the building overlooking the 2 small pools it was handy to sit out in the morning having breakfast - very quiet location.It was contemporary modern decor and was exceptionally clean. Plenty of towels to go around.

Review 67：On arrival no one was in the office so we had to wait for 2 hours until 5 o'clock; despite being contacted prior to arrival for our time of arrival. Also the appartment was very dusty and something very unpleasant was left in the toilet to greet us!

Review 69：Had to move appartments as the pool did not open until June and our side of the building got no sun all day. Apartments were not clean, sandy/dusty floors and not cleaned under beds. Window in bedroom did not lock. No safe in the room although was stated that there was. No toaster or keetle in the kitchen. No communication as to where to leave keys when we checked out, no one was in the office so had to text to find out what to do.

Review 71：We found gaining access to the apartment could be refined. We were awareas printed on our booking voucher that check-in would be on or after5p.M. but having located the precise address of the property earlier onat which we found the apartments are secured with key access at groundfloor level with the reception located on an upper floor in the buildingwe endeavoured to phone the contact number on our form to advise of ourarrival and presumed some sort of intercom access would be available at5p.M. onwards. We were were faced with a spanish answerphone message onthe numbers we had and that we had no other form of access on the door.We were fortunate to be assisted with access by the arrival of somecleaners to the property who advised the reception that we were waitingoutside. An intercom system seemed to be in place for the otherapartments if a specific number on this exists for the reception it maywell be advantageous to have this added to the booking form.
Review 72：We were familiar with moraira so expected the apartments location to beideal for the purpose of our trip, as it proved to be, we found thequality of the apartment exceeded our expectation and would certainlylook to use it again on future trips.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable and like hostel beds. The noise in the apartment from the surrounding traffic was difficult to deal with - as was the noise from the recycling facilities below. The receptionist was very unhelpful when we asked for a few things and is not the right person to be customer facing. A shrug of the shoulders, whilst eating a sandwich doesnt count as customer service!!

Review 97：The road noise which did cause some loss of sleep, and at times noisy revellers in the middle of the night. It wasn't easy to find the office, it being on the first floor.

Had to pay extra for travel cot for the week. Lock ondoors and windows didn't work I was anxious about this as we have anadventurist 2 year old. Also we were told to leave last day at 10 eventhough the on line details said 11. The area in general was veryexpensive.
