Review 1：You may hear your neighbours walking on the corridor.
Review 2：Very clean and cozy hotel. Self-check-in/out is very useful. Location is pretty far from the town centre if you have no car. There are some cafe around.

Review 4：staff was very friendly, easy check in with door codes, very spacy room with free wifi, comfy beds, nice bathroom and good equipment (tv, free coffee,....), room was very clean, hotel close to a nice forest. nothing to complain about.
Review 5：We stayed here the third time. The ideal hotel for transit or 2 nights staying. Convenient for families with children. There is a little kitchen with microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee and sugar are included.
Review 6：The man manning the desk when I checked in was very helpful. He went out of his way to try to find a bus that ran to the village I wanted to visit and to tell me about activities and sights to see in the city.

Review 9：The room is great. All the facilities are there. Beds are comfortable. The place is quiet. Everything is clean. Downtown is in just 5 minutes away.
Review 10：Many things are better than even in very expensive hotels. Lots of hooks for hanging your clothes, good space for working, viewing tv and preparing coffee, shower cabin big and shower itself very practical and enjoyable. Wired and wireless broadband Internet connection. Two steps out of the basement and you are already on beautiful jogging tracks around a small lake. We jogged every day and liked this hotel more than most places we ever have been. A few minutes walk takes you to the very center of Mikkeli.
Review 11：No customer service on nights and during weekends - we did not receive the email with door code and could not contact hotel by phone or email on morning of arrival, Had to place an international phone call to Booking.com's customer service (Skype was disconnected before reply), problem was solved quickly by them. No elevator - we had to carry suitcases to third floor.
Review 12：Motel on the outskirts of the town of Mikkeli. Large parking lot in front of hotel. Large room accommodating a family of four, wel equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven and electric kettle.
Review 13：I had a booking through booking.com but when I arrived after the unmanned office hours (only 15.00) I had to go through the internet booking procedure in their credit-card accessible front office. I took the best part of an hour trying to get this system to accept my booking, at first the system said that there were no vacancies for that night, but upon further persistence and a few unanswered phone calls and emails, I finally got in to be able to pay by credit card. It then wasn't obvious which room I'd been allocated nor how to get in. The details of your new internet booking need to be sought out in your newly created profile page and these can be found amongst all the other details. MUCH too convoluted a procedure for a tired traveller. ALSO, the rooms stay hot in hot weather. I realise they're designed for much colder conditions, but being able to turn off the heating completely would be a good idea in the middle of summer. Indoor temps of >25C are not fun.

Review 15：The otel is perfectly located - forest starts just at the room's window and it takes just 15 minutes to walk down the city center. Having code for the room makes check-in procedure instant - you just open the room and you're done. I have not seen any staff member at all.

Review 49：Spacious number, the ideal purity, convenient beds, clean air, window comes to the pine wood. There is no breakfast, but a teapot and a microwave in the room. Excellent combination of the price and quality. The only shortcoming - lack of WiFi and the Russian TV of the channel. There is a socket for connection to the Internet in the room, but a lace any absolutely ancient. To the laptop it didn't approach. However days to carry out opportunity without the TV and the computer it is possible to regard and as the benefit.

This hotel it's like a French Etap hotel (the famous chain with no reception and low prices that you enter the rooms by a code) but much better: rooms more less nicely decorated, microwave and refrigerator, sofa, complimentary coffee, tea etc... A lot of attention is put to small details even being a no reception and more or less cheap hotel.
Review 52：The hotel matches teh description 100%. It is nice that the hotel is a "self-catering type" because there is no reception. It provides a lot of privacy for the customers. The natural surroundings make the stay relaxed.

Review 54：Very poor breakfast in college on the other side of street. Hotel doesn't have own restaurant or cafe. There's no stuff, so nobody tell you about places of interest or good restaurants. I suppose, it's not a lack, but remember this moment.
Review 55：This is online automatic hotel. Very convenient, if you know, what you want to do in the city. Keep in mind - there is no reception, no personnel. You pay money and get code to access your room. So you can check-in in any time you want. Hotel located very close to center of Mikkely (about 15 min walking), but it's very quiet. You can see the forest through room's window.

Review 63：Good value for the money. Located in 5 minutes drive from Mikkeli town center so if you are going to spend a few days at Mikkeli it would be a great choice. The hotel has no "usual" reception - you pay for the stay, you receive the door code on email, you get to the hotel any time you like, dial the code beside the door and that's it. The room is quite spacious, it has two single beds and a sofa which can be transformed into another bed. Extra sheets and pillows included. There are satellite TV, hair dryer, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle and disposable dishes set in the room. Spacious shower cabin has enough space for two. I had no issues with external noise, it has been very quiet in the room. There is no breakfast in the hotel so you need to find some place to eat but there are a lot of cafes around so it wouldn't be a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel for 1-2 nights stand.

Review 67：This is a really budget-friendly hotel with all correspondance features. But it's comfortable, it's clean, it's very convenient for travellers around Finland. In regards to me I like very much ability to accomodate a family of 4 people with large room. This trim I've found new TV set (LCD) in the room. It's cool. Now I can easly connect my laptop and see movies on a big screen.
Review 68：Was not able to find wi-fi key to connect internet. For me was not acrucial issue but if somebody needs it then better to check with staffin advance.
