Review 1：It was extremely cold in the room. And additionally at 8:30 AM somebody in next room started to work with a drill machine!

Review 3：The floor was not cleaned (wiped) it was sticky. There was noice from the street during the night (second floor)

Review 11：Мебель и внутренняя отделка старомодны. В номере плохое освещение - недостаточно светильников, нет настольной лампы. На кровати только одна маленькая подушка. Окно номера выходит на световую рекламную колонну и паркинг. При бронировании я заказывала тихий номер. Оказалось, что там после 9 утра отдыхать невозможно из-за шума ремонтных работ, проводимых в здании отеля. Об этом меня персонал не предупреждал. Пришлось побыстрее уехать. При таких недостатках, цена сильно завышена.

Review 12：Место расположения понравилось - в центре города, 7 мин пешком от вокзала, рядом магазины, рестораны, кафе, все городские достопримечательности и в шаговой доступности парк с лыжной трассой. Прекрасно работает в номере бесплатный WiFi. Обильный и вкусный завтрак.

Review 13：Daily housekeeping services are minimal. Kids playroom is located in the basement, so you wouldn't want to spend there a lot of time. Sauna is separate for ladies and gents.

Review 37：Not very large but also not very small (as for Finland) room and bathroom, very practically designed, perfectly clean and well equipped (incl. fridge, additional pillows). Nice and helpful staff at reception. Good breakfast.

Review 38：I booked Superior room (320) but there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room. I asked for them on the reception and the lady told that they had ONE bathrobe but NO slippers (on the one hand it was not comfortable for visiting sauna, on the other hand it was just fun because the hotel was not fully booked, there were not many people).
