Review 1：There was a lack of choice on the dinner menu. For a hotel with that number of rooms it should have a more extensive menu. The wine list offers far more choice!!!

Review 3：Perfect location for visiting Futuroscope (a 5-min walk away). Clean, functional. Good bakery just opposite offers breakfast for EUR5 (vs. EUR14.50 at the hotel).

Review 6：The prices of the drinks in the bar were very expensive and so was the cost of the breakfast at €14.50 each. Luckily there is a bouloungerie just by the hotel that sells pastries etc, but unfortunately the day we needed it, it was closed for the day!

Review 7：Great location for Futurascope with a free short bus ride which went from just outside the hotel. Swimming pool was lovely and great for an early morning dip before we left.

Review 8：Car park was very overcrowded so struggled to park in a proper space. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Review 10：recently refurbished, smelled of paint. Noisy as seems to be conference/business hotel. Not allowed to use pool as child has swimming shorts not trunks, nothing to tell you that until you get to pool so very disappointed child - not good on a long journey I definitely wouldn't stay there with a family .

Review 14：We had a long journey, travelling down to the Dordogne for a two week holiday. It was nice to stop for a comfortable break, despite it being very short. We arrived about 6.30pm and left at 8.30am to following morning. The children enjoyed having a swim and we had a nice meal.

Review 15：Great location both for ease of access from the motorway and also for access to Futuroscope - walking distance but also with the free bus transfer too.

Review 16：We booked a room for two adults and one child and were given a double room with one bed. Complained and were given a baby cot not suitable for a ten year old boy who is 4 ft 7 So refused this and after sometime a fold up Bed arrived, not quite the standard or service we've had at this hotel before, will be booking somewhere else next year as there is plenty to choose from on the Futuroscope site definitely not 4*

Evening meal was an unexpected bonus as didn't think that it would be very good, but the buffet option was a godsend for the kids. Breakfast was great. Hotel was 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride from the park - very convenient. Loved the way that the park opening times etc were displayed in the hotel lobby and in the lifts in order for you to plan your day.

Review 26：This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel - 3 maximum. The breakfast was very poor and cheap. We even found a bug in the eggs! Extra bed was booked but not ready in the room. Again not a 4 star!

Review 33：Everything is there: good room with huge bed, fitness, swimming pool, restaurant, arcade games... (although we didn't use the fitness and the swimming pool). Close to the futuroscope and palais des congrès all the facilities are at walking distance from the hotel.

Review 34：We were told the night before leaving London that the pool would be outof order - which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. After a 10hour drive we wanted a pool. In addition I specified a quiet room - whatwe got was a first floor room with a big machine humming all nightoutside. We called reception at 5am and were offered a room but Iwasn't going to wake the children. So we drove to Spain (another 6hours) tired and irritated. The hotel staff didn't even offer acomplimentary breakfast or anything. A shrug of the shoulder and a'sorry'. Very poor and we won't be staying on the way back.

Hotel feeling dated and needs some attention to the more frequently used areas (Hallway carpets grubby etc). Didn't opt for the breakfast as over 40 Euros per day for a family of four to eat a hotel breakfast is far too much (kids don't eat free here). As one who uses 4* and 5* star hotels frequently, in my opinion, this is at the lower end of a 4* rating. Would have been very disappointed if we had paid the standard tariff to stay here, but as we had a good price through Bookings.com, it was OK for the money

Review 51：Location excellent for Futuroscope park and supposed to be one of only two 4* hotels in the location. Staff very helpful and friendly (also spoke English, so very useful). Considering the price we paid through bookings, it was OK for the money.

Review 52：We were oken up at 6am by very noisy workmen outside. Our family room overlooked the refuse area. The room itself was very cramped - just a double room with bunk beds squeezed in. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was very expensive - we chose to get croissants from the neighbouring boulangerie.

Review 53：The bed was comfortable. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to Futuroscope. There is a bakery next door that sells nice croissants and coffee. There is also a good family restaurant (buffet and pizzas) in the hotel directly opposite.

Review 58：I was disappointed that the staff were very limited on speaking English and being a hotel that will accept people from all countries as it is situated near amusement park I do feel that this should be taken on board and rectified by employing the correct people for the job!!!!I actually left a day early after booking online for 3 nights due to the fact that the restaurant was a complete shambles - not 1 person who worked in there spoke English and on my 1st night there was no Menu in English so I went for dinner in another hotel restaurant where they did speak English so this is an instant let down. On my second night I was given an English menu after my complaint the first day and ordered our food, my partner was having just a main course and when my starter was brought out my partners main was also brought out. We asked for this to be taken back and brought out with my main but alas our request was ignored by the waiter and just left to sit on the table, not 1 person came over to ask why she was not eating her main course. Then to top it off my own main was brought out the second my starter was finished and plates cleared, this is totally unacceptable as any restaurant will give some time inbetween meals for your food to go down and not to be rushed through your meal in a restaurant with about 10 people dining in it.Me and my partner both got up after I had eaten my starter and left without paying because of the terrible service we had endured in the supposed top notch restaurant. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth and although I was told the restaurant is not directly linked to the hotel it looks very bad in view of the hotel.When I checked out after my 2nd night I was not asked by the staff why we were leaving early and if there was any issues to try and rectify and I was not offered a refund of my last night, instead I was told point blank that you will not get a refund.

Review 59：The hotel was situated v close to Futuroscope which was the main reason for our stay. The Hotel looked v nice on first appearance and the inside matched. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. I never used the swimming pool and gym but to look at it also looked v nice.
