Review 1：Not that I minded that, but it is a bit dated and minimalistic. May not be suitable for people that look for extra comfort.

Review 2：Calm and nice with no fuss. I was there at the end of the season so it was calm and private. Had a flat on the top, that had views to all sides, would probably go back to the place.

Review 5：The beds were creaky and full of springs. We couldn't leave any food in the kitchen cupboards because it would soon be teeming with ants. The staff couldn't offer us any solution other than putting everything in the fridge. No cooking knives in the kitchen.

Review 9：Our apartment was exactly as it looked on the web! Place was clean and around the pool was very peaceful. Staff were always very helpful when needed but not in your face-especially when my husband had a tooth abscess and Martine helped with finding a dentist!

Review 21：Just a suggestion. Although the internet in the reception is quite fast and reliable, and you have a beautiful area where you can relax while check your email, Wi-Fi in the apartments would be excellent.

Review 22：Lovely gardens and beautiful and peaceful pool area. Also we had two large balconies one of them with a fantastic view over the pool area (excellent for breakfasts and dinners). Very friendly staff and very close to everything (just a few minutes walking from a convenient store and very close to the beach and bars/pubs). Thank you so much for a perfect week.

Review 23：the 1st apartment we were given, no 23, was infested with ants, continually. The electrics were very dodgy and we frequently had no power, which led to no hot water, or anything else! The fridge was extremely bad, sounding more like a washing machine with a heavy load, all day and night, so very little sleep!! After 4 days without it being fixed we complained vigorously and were transferred to no 28-this was much better and the final 3 nights, we all managed to get some sleep, and no ants. We were not impressed on checking out, when we had to pay the apartment cost in FULL, as they said they did not receive the deposit you took from us, on confirmation of booking- 20 % ???? Please advise.

Review 24：It was quiet, most of the time-no unruly kids, or teenagers. They did attempt to sort out our problems, but not with much haste, or conviction! The pool was regularly cleaned. Nice greeting on arrival

Review 25：Club Ciudadela was the perfect place for us as a family. The appartments are large, bright and airy. There is an excellent pool and the complex is only a few minutes from the beach. We had a most enjoyable mini break.
