Review 1：The owners very pleasant & helpfull. Gave us good advice re local restaurants for dinner & local trips & places to visit. The lack of credit card facilities for payment of accommodation was not convenient & certainly not standard practice in today's tourism industry.

Review 2：The hotel is located far from the center of Bergerac, like 20 minutes walk. No lift and rather steep staircase.

Review 4：The location of the property is excellent for a pleasant stroll Into Bergerac. Phylis was the hostess with the mostest, nothing was too much trouble as made us feel like friends rather than clients. The rooms are beautifully furnished, everything was pristine. Breakfast was truly continental, tables were set to perfection and added to the whole atmosphere of our stay. We have already recommended it to friends and family and hope to return our selves!

Review 7：Phyllis and Fred seem to have thought of everything! Lovely pool area, bikes to borrow and a fabulous continental breakfast with endless hot tea and coffee, fresh bread and croissants every day. A short walk to the charming old town.

Review 9：The friendliest and most helpful hosts, great facilities, spotlessly clean. You'd be mad to stay anywhere else. It's an easy walk into town and they have free bike hire and secure parking. There is a nice little pool and extra towels are available. Great breakfast -a selection of bread, sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, hot drinks and juice. Drinks are always freely available. Just wonderful. Many thanks to Phyllis and her lovely family.

Review 10：The hotel was close to the center town,around 20 min by walking with plenty of space for parking. Everything was so clean and the breakfast was really good. A lovely house with big rooms and plenty of space. The owner was also very friendly and eager to help if you have any questions or problems on your travels.
