Review 1：- Some of the staff was not polite - Forgot to order taxi, almost missed the flight home early sunday morning

Review 3：Inability to enter or leave the hotel after say 12pm , everything is locked down and you have to ring for someone to open up . Once I had to wait for over 30 minutes to leave as I didnt know you had to ring a certain bell .

Review 9：When booking the hotel, I did choose the room type "Superior DoubleRoom" which was described 40 sqm. With balcony. In reality I wasgiven a small room (less than 20 sqm. Without balcony). When I expressedmy disagreement to the receptionist, she insisted that was a SuperiorDouble Room. After my insistence, she went on Booking.com and sawherself what what the description of the room. She then gave me a largerroom matching the 40 sqm and balcony, which however she claimed to be aJunior Suite. They kept the price agreed in the booking.
