Review 5：Poor cleaning in the room - and a brown hideous shower curtain. Ultra violet lighting I didn't like. Beware of the restaurant, (the posh one ). They served my Husband raw chicken, if it was a child that didn't notice the blood, they could of been extremely ill. Not very helpful in the restaurant - we are 2 vegetarians. We struggled with the choice on the menu in the "posh restaurant", even though they serve pizzas etc just across the corridor, they won't let you have one - bring one across! We didn't choose to eat at the Bistro/pizza restaurant, as we had already had lunch there. Lovely bar - shame about the barman, he couldn't wait to get away, we weren't able to have cocktails - it closes to early, if you thought you could come back to your hotel (after the Futurescope Spectacular), and have a drink at the bar, think again. It is such a shame that this hotel doesn't perform - it needs some decent Management in place. Somebody has spent a lot of money on this hotel, (nice bar, pool etc), but unfortunately, at the moment that money has been wasted.

The restaurant choice was limited, both in the hotel and also the area as a whole without resorting to driving somewhere. The hotel decor is getting tired and is in need of a renovation.

Only Google Chrome. Movies can not watch everything is blocked. The child wanted to watch cartoons and everything is blocked. Shame on you!

Review 71：As a family of 4 visiting futuroscope we wanted a family friendly hotel close to the park with a room that slept 4 people. The pool was a great bonus. The restaurant was child friendly. Good location for the park, you can walk or there's a free bus every 15 mins.

Due to location ofhotel there is no other restaurant facility close by. Most guests appearto use restaurant which results in dishes running out at an early stagein the evening. Restaurant is only open between 7.00pm -10.00pm sobooking on arrival is essential, although staff do not always make thisclear. However meal is good value. We do not have breakfast as this isexpensive for what it is. There is a commercial centre about 2km downthe road with cafe facilities that provides far better value.

Rooms are on thesmall side for a family for more than a couple of nights but the mainpurpose seems to be providing accommodation for visitors toFuturoscope.We use it regularly to 'overnight' while travellingback from southern France as access to main road routes is excellent.Plenty of hot water and good bathroom facilities. Hotel is on a parwith, for example, Travelodge in uk.

Review 78：We booked the hotel as it said that not only one restaurant but also a buffet restaurant, open in the school holidays, which this was. The buffet was only open at lunch time so we could not get a drink or anything to eat on arrival, not even a coffee. The first night we stayed it was very busy , which was fine, as it was the holidays , except only 1 man working on the bar! His attitude was also very rude and after waiting 40 minutes he said he was too busy to serve us! luckily another member of staff arrived who was very polite but we gave up after this and went out . This was such a shame as the following evening we tried again and had a meal in the restaurant, (not with the rude barman working ) and we had an excellent meal and evening this time.
