Reviews for Le Chateau de Failloux
Review 1:I would drink making facilities in the room. It's quite difficult to see the small raid and sign leading to the chateau.
Review 2:The room was very comfortable and warm on a very cold night. The location and the chateau are very beautiful, a reminder of past times.
Review 3:we would have prepared an earlier check in but this was no great problem
Review 4:Beautiful building with loads of character and history. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Gardens are beautifully laid out. Our host was very friendly and obliging. Property is situated in the country side close to the town.
Review 5:extremely friendly welcome, and very tastefully restored old château just outside Epinal. Although it was just next to a busy dual carriage way, all the rooms were perfectly sound-proofed. A really lovely night away!
Review 6:The only down side was arriving in the dark without a preprinted detailed map totally my fault. We were right on top of the place but could not see it so had to ring up for the idiots guide, which once given it was no trouble at all.
Review 7:Loads and loads of character, rooms tastefully fitted out with many curious pieces to keep you interested. Extremely tastefully modernized without losing the character of the original building. Breakfast fantastic great choice and variety of local and homemade products. The owners extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble.
Review 8:Very near big busy road, but double glaring made it quiet. May be a problem in mid summer when you want the window open. On the other hand, near the road was good for us stopping over for the night on the way north.
Review 9:Lovely old chateau done up by current owners. Very pretty and spacious. Breakfast had loads of homemade goodies, but very French. Only saw madam, who spoke good clear French, but it may be less easy for non French speakers, although I expect she could do some English if needed.
Review 10:Too short a stay

Review 12:In such a beautiful location, a glass of wine in the evening in the garden would have added to the perfection of this place.
Review 13:The hostess put a lot of effort into every detail, from the décor to the breakfast and the candles on the stairs lit for our return in the evening.
Review 14:The only downside was not being able to check in until after 5pm.
Review 15:Madame was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was an added bonus as we were with our son and his young family. Our grand-daughter loved her 'princess' bed!
Review 16:Wifi so and so but manageable Place close to a noisy road, but not an issue when you are in the building
