Review 1：My daughter lives near this hotel and booked an additional night prior to this booking .On arrival we were turned away. We suspect the booking had been removed from the computer.

Review 5：When we checked in late that night check in was very quick and we even got an upgrade to a bigger room because we had two dogs with us was very nice especially when we didn't ask for it...staff were very nice and accommodating

The worst is that when we complained about the breakfast to the receptionist and asked for refund, her attitude was really unpleasant and she even didn't apologize to us about the terrible service (I'd like to say that there's no service in this hotel)

Review 9：The hotel was in a very nice quarter of Le Havre and calm at night. Loved the décor with outstanding paintings, even if they are reproductions. It was very convenient to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the bedroom.

Review 18：Lack of check-in staff caused a considerable delay in checking in to hotel, although it must be said that the one person (Lisandro) who was available for this essential task, performed exceptionally in the difficult circumstances that were clearly outside of his control. Would not put me off staying again however. I also found the limited check-in opening times inconvenient.. As far as I am aware there is no automated check-in, so if you happen to arrive in the early afternoon, you will be locked-out with all your luggage to haul around with you, wasting valuable leisure / business time... Needs improvement.

Review 26：It's all on the small side; cramp in what you can seems to be the philosophy! For example, there's only one side to get out of the double bed. Breakfast was expensive and very poor quality: nothing fresh, fruit salad had gone 'fizzy', small, stale croissants, coffee machine defeating all the guests, a tight space for eating. Ventilation poor in bedroom; it was a hot night!

Review 30：First of all, we ordered a double room and when we checked in we found out that they gave as a twin room with no justification. Secondly, the wi-fi connection was one of the worst we have ever had, also the walls were very thick and we could hear every noise from our neighbors, even when they were coughing which was very annoying and disturbing. Thirdly, one of the most important problems was the bathroom door which couldn't be closed. As a conclusion, it is not at all what it looks like in pictures and clients' whises are not taken into consideration. We will never return at that hotel again.

Review 83：NO LIFT, so I had to carry heavy bags all the way up the stairs. The room was full of FLIES and people at the reception said there was nothing they could do. I had to go to a nearby Carrefour to buy an insecticide.There was an awful ODOUR in the bathroom, probably because it had not been used for a long time. Wifi barely reached my room. Breakfast was poor (considering that it costs 12€) and there was a cloud of flies over it. One of the worst hotels I have ever booked via booking.com

Exactly in between the seaside, town hall, the new cathedral, a lovely park and one of the famous tavern/ brasseries. You can walk anywhere from the hotel easily. Desk staff was very kind to extremely jet lagged travelers. Room was clean, big bed and extra pillows in closet. Room had a tub/shower with hot water and good pressure. Tea/ coffee maker in room, ample closet space plus a rack to place a large suitcase. Pet friendly.
