Review 1：On arrival totally ignored by two reception staff for 3 to 4 minutes. Eventually I found another staff member to request help and at this point reception acknowledged me. They did provide free breakfast to compensate. Tv channels limited to small number of Spanish channels.

Review 2：- Staff spoke no English, and not helpful. Strange for a 4star hotel- we complained about air conditioning not working. But the staff did not show the switch extra switch beside the bed. we only found out the next morning, after a sleepless hot night. Reception staff was better in the morning, but still no english. - - hotel wanted to charge breakfast price different from informed by booking.com

Review 4：bring a small car if you want to park at the hotel. i would consider myself to be good at parking but this was very tough going even in our small rental.

Review 5：A very picturesque location. Clean quiet rooms. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Review 6：The breakfast was ok if you like coffee and white bread. Also there wasonly one employee that spoke english so you needed spanish. You couldn'tcheck out until 8am in the morning as the night staff was not able to dothis. The parking that is free is underneath the hotel and if you have asmart car you are fine. It was unbelievable tight with the walls scrapedon each side.

Review 10：Lovely hotel with welcoming log fire, staff very helpful, especially the barman come waiter. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel and would stay again if in the area. Village well worth a visit and hotel in the best possible spot.
