Review 1：My room had been recently refurbished and looked modern and stylish, which was a surprise in a hotel above a brasserie and opposite the railway station. The window was double-glazed so absolutely no noise came in. wifi signal was strong in the room too. really god value for money. I was travelling by bicycle and they even have a small shed that I could lock the bike in overnight.
Review 2：The staff are very rude and unhelpful. There was no toilet seat on the toilet. Ice cold shower. WIFI doesn't work properly from our room on the top floor.

Review 4：L'Avenue hotel appears to be run by the bar staff. And access to the rooms above, is from within the bar. Our check-in receptionist was also our waiter and he was surly; presumably due to the abuse he's had to endure from being so surly. However, the bar lady was helpful and friendly, adequately supplementing the negative waiter. There were small maintenance issues in the room, obviously caused by regular usage that could so easily be corrected, but were ignored. Like a loose shower fitting; sticking tap; broken toilet seat etc. l'Avenue is perfectly situated close to Agde town and across the road from the train and bus stations. Even although breakfast was not included the hotel is fairly good - I would stay there again if the opportunity arose.
Review 5：the hotel is by the station. You have to park in the station carpark which is fairly dilapidated and, on my first night, chocabloc. The room was tiny and when the fast trains went through the whole house shook! The bed was very hard and I had to climb two flights of narrow stairs to my room.

Review 16：We stayed at L'Avenue because of its location, right next to the station. It is also only a few minutes' walk from the river and the town centre. Perfectly adequate room with a very modern bathroom. Not a very big hotel and you have the feeling it is rooms attached to a bar, rather than a proper hotel.
Review 17：One member of staff extremely nice,the other one not so.They will know which is which. 4 days there, no wifi. Didn't matter to me, but plenty advertising in windows, which I believe is to entice the train passengers opposite the hotel into spending, b+b, coffee, snacks etc.

Review 20：The hotel is ok for a couple without children or packpackers. It's like the side business of a restaurant. Is close to the station and in the centre of agde. Rooms are clean.
