Review 2：It's a great location - but the staff were really friendly - especially the cleaners - and they made it all very smooth, clean and happy

Review 3：Parking was impossible everyday but fortunately there were places nearby on the beach or side roads. Probably could do with a little modernisation and the breakfast ,though generous, could have had a little more finesse.

Review 13：Thin walls between rooms. Could hear most conversations between the couple next door......and their crying child. Having to ask for the "free wifi" to be reconnected every three hours. View from our room which overlooked the roof of the cafeteria and air conditioning fans. No black out curtains. Had to lower the shutters which meant no natural breeze coming into the room.

Review 15：It's advertised as having no parking but there are 40 or so spaces right outside, glad I checked before parking elsewhere. A rule that males are not allowed in the dining room in vests when females can. Some were dressed in less than I was!

Review 33：The hotel was all right in many ways, I got a nice wiev at the 7th floor. The surroundings are nice, to nice employees made up for some of the others who did not.

Especially I liked the location - just in the centre of Arenal, nearly on the beach, close to a lot of nice eating places. At the same time it is on the road to the Port, wonderful promenade, where you can walk, jog and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Also for a change, one can go to the restaurants of the Port which are lovely.

Review 53：If we had stayed longer than a night we would have found it to be far too crowded both at mealtimes and beside the pool. When booking customers must be made aware that there is no parking at the hotel.

No one at reception mentioned this at all.
