Review 1：Staff didn't have information about transportation (taxi number/prices or bus schedule) It's not their fault but a simple information sheet would be welcome. Main problem was that booking through booking.com we didn't have access at all! There is an automated machine that gives out key codes for the rooms, but the booking.com code doesn't work, so we were stuck outside until staff started their shift.

Review 3：Refurbishment of reception caused problems. Lengthy check-in. Breakfast facilities very poor, food laid out in small bedroom, no where to sit and eat. I know this is only temporary but there seem to have been little thought to making it less inconvenient for the customers.

Review 8：Inability of "Booking.com" to pass on the entry code advised by the hotel staff after closure of reception. There was only a small print message to advise the hotel if arriving after 21:00 - not a time you would expect reception closure...Booking.com issues 2 codes but non allows entry into the hotel. Not user friendly. Would avoid Booking.com; recommend Ibis Budget for stop-over.
