Review 1：The key doesn't work properly There wasn't water in all the hotel at nights The food is not so good for 4 star hotel

Review 3：The beds weren't very comfortable (very hard) and one or two of the staff at the main service desk weren't very friendly. Unlike the bar and restaurant staff which were lovely and very friendly.
Review 4：The staff at the kids club were excellent! The rooms were spotless (cleaned daily).
