Review 1：I didnt meet thr staff when I was there but met a lovely lady in the travel agents next door (thank goodness I had already read previous reviews as i knew i had to collect keys from travel agents next door) . a
Review 2：Location great, just off the beach. Wifi does work- write the code in your phone, and then go to the sitting room and press enter (it only works inside the apartment) You have to get the keys from downstairs in the travel agents- if they aren't there just ring booking.com on the booking email and they ring him and he appears within a few minutes.

Review 4：Apartment and location are great. Went to visit Spanish family; Carboneras is very Spanish (which is great) but I don't speak Spanish and when I phoned contact telephone number spoke to someone who couldn't speak English so got very confused and didn't realise we already had a booking; luckily we were standing outside apartment and the travel agents next door overheard us talking and they were the key holders.
Review 5：Wi-Fi didn't work, waste of time taking my laptop. ONE bath towel for 2 people for 2 nights. No kitchen towel or cloth or bin and light didn't work. Nobody to be found on reception on arrival or departure, you have to phone them. Wish we'd had a nice one with balcony.
