Review 1：Too few staff in O'Learys, which resulted in slow service. Could you have more waitresses/chefs during high season such as between Christmas and New Year?

Review 2：We selected this place because of spa and this was important for our sons. We liked the spa even though to present expectations it provides only basic services.

Review 3：Breakfast the same every day, though quite plenty of everything. The rooms need some improvement. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep in (even for the kids). The double bed made of two separate single beds, thus splits in between. In the children playroom the Wii was not working, a mess inside and seems that it has never been cleaned. They have the angry birds amusement park for kids, but haven't had the opportunity to try it.

Review 4：The location, wonderful nature. O'Learys bar downstairs where we had good time and delicious food. There is the tennis table (although the equipment quite worn out). Also playroom for kids for free. More or less quite nice hotel, we enjoyed the activities outside.

Review 41：What is the problem with a huge sink in the toilet. For average sizepersons like us it was almost impossible to use the toilet seat whenthat gigantic sink is on your face. If you are even a bit larger personyou will not fit in that toilet. Breakfast was poor, much below averagewith very limited selection. For a spa hotel you'd expect higherquality. Restaurant selection is very limited, basically only hamburgersand nothing local for the area.

Review 47：Stayed here many times since 2008. Customer service is getting worse and worse every time. This time we had to pay separately for the spa usage. Price for family room is getting higher but the quality of the room is going down. Small fridge is taken away from all the room, no napkins, no normal shampoo, no restaurant menu. Another ridiculous policy - you cannot use flip-flops or clogs in the shower of spa department. Very inconvenient especially when you have a child who falls on slippery floor. Angry bird park facilities are very small compare to Vuokatti Park but charging almost the same price. Kids are getting bored there very fast. No activities for adults although parents are changed 16 Euros for entrance.
