Review 1：1. The internet is slow. 2. The buffet for dinner was not good. 3. Check in is at 4 pm and check out at 10 am which is unacceptable for me especially for a good hotel like this. So make sure you ask via booking.com that the hotel accepts an earlier check in and a later check out.

There were things to do (e.g. in the hotel you can play table tennis, kika, relax at the swimming pool, have nice strolls in the nature-there are a lot of paths all around etc.) and see (e.g. visit Hallstatt). 5. The location of the Hotel is perfect.

Review 10：A well run hotel in an excellent location. The room had a spectacular lake view. A very good breakfast included.

Review 11：When we tried to open our windows for a bit of fresh air we had to quickly close them due to another guest's cigarette smoke. Although the smoker may have been in another part of the hotel, the smoke would still come right into our open windows. We are non-smokers with a young child, so it definitely bothered us.

Review 12：The hotel has a spectacular view of the lake and town and the 1 bedroom two-floor apartment was comfortable for a family of three. The food in the hotel restaurant was also delicious as well.

Review 15：For a family of 5 our room was small and it didn't look like the spacious tooms seen on the photos. Ours had two floors with a small living room with a sofa bed and a kitchnette. The kitchen didn't have a dishwasher nor a oven. Not a deal breaker but since we cooked everyday it was somewhat limiting. Top floor included a room and bathroom. Internet speed is terrible, sometimes not even good for emails.

Review 16：The best thing about this hotel is the location. It overlooks the Grundlsee lake and there are a number of different trails you can follow to walk along the lake. About 10mins walk from the hotel, following the geo trail, there is a nice lake beach where you can swim. It's also near lake Toplitz and other attractions in the area: Hallstatt, Dachsein Ice Caves and 5Fingers (15 mins by car)

Review 17：Tried to book into the hotel resaurant at 1300hrs for that night and it was all booked out.As we didnt have a car had to walk into town to eat . Steep steps to room and no porterage service making it very hard to lug suitcase up to our room.No aircon or fans and it was a very hot summer.Bed very hard.

Review 24：The location is on top of a hill overlooking the lake with a beatiful picturisque scenery. The rooms have every thing one would need for a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful and very accomodating.

Review 25：Despite being an idyllic location unfortunately there was too much noise too early in the morning of trucks bringing in provisions and staff doing their chores like gardening, carrying the garbage or similar, cleaning here and there, etc. I would suggest the hotel manager to pay closer attention to the level of noise so that guests are not disturbed and the fantastic views match a more peaceful experience. I also found the price for breakfast a bit too expensive for what it included. Quality of WiFi signal was extremely poor

Review 35：We didn't stay there for long, but during our stay there was no room cleaning service. The towels were on the floor the same way as we left the apartment for sightseeing. The toilet in the bathroom did not appear so clean as I would expect from a 4-star hotel, but personally I'm quite concerned with the cleanness of hotels so my standard may be higher. Wifi in the room is not very fast, but you wouldn't want to spend time online in such a beautiful place.

Review 36：The location is great, even though it's not directly by the lake side. We asked for an apartment with the lake view and it turned out to be one of the wisest choices during the trip. The view is amazing. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen but there is no oven. The utensils are enough for simple meals during a trip. You can buy daily stuff in a supermarket about 15 min walk away, so it's quite convenient.

Review 63：Free WI fi provided but not capable of streaming movies. Car parking also free but as the resort was busy I had to park about 5 mins walk away from main reception which meant an uphill climb with all my luggage. Check out time was 10 AM which I felt was a little early given that breakfast finishes at that time. Room itself was ok but quite basic. As the main restaurant was fully booked when I arrived I had no choice but to drive to nearest town to find an alternative place to eat.

Review 67：It was relatively expensive. Extra's like swimmingpool and kids playroom are nice, but the appartment itself was not worth the money. It was good, but not top-quality. The double bed was very good, but the sofabed was very uncomfortable. We let the kids sleep on the sofabed :-). However, for 3 nights we didn't mind paying a bit more then we normally do for a complete holiday house. I wouldn't stay here for longer though, with such prices.

That seemed a bit much. I wish the spa had longer hours--when the weather was bad, I wanted to use the spa, but it was closed all morning, and again after 20:30.

Review 78：Friendly and helpful staff, clean and beautiful rooms with a nice decor, very nice facilities, wonderful view. Very pretty location, easy to access. Spa facilities very clean and nice, I like the aromatherapy in the steam room! I like the water bottles in the spa, and in the reception area, with lemon, mint, ginger etc.

Review 79：We were surprised to find that our room was not cleaned during our stay. Furthermore, for a 4-stars hotel, and given the price we paid, we would expect that at least towels would be replaced as required, but this wasn't the case either (despite the 'standard' note in our bathroom saying that towels should be left on floor if wished to be replaced). We had to argue with the reception in order to have the towels replaced. It's a shame becasue the hotel is really beautiful, but this issue detracts from our evaluation of it. Two additional smaller issues: parking was occasionally problemtaic, and service in dinner was really really slow (though staff was friendly and food was fine).
