Review 1：Too noisy in the street. And the tenants make a lot of noise at night. Very little space for 3, good for 1 of 2. The conditioner drops and it annoys at night.
Review 2：The location. Very near everything, you can get to all sites on foot. You can cook. A supermarket and cheap bars nearby.
Review 3：I did not like the studio at all. Dark, horribly STINKING TOILER (I think because something in the ventilation is not properly working, not just because it was not properly cleaned). Old and not properly working kitchen equipment, no proper knives, etc. Disposable bed cover. The TV was also not working. Very very bad noise isolation. We heard everything that the neibourgs were doing, including walking around their apartment. All in all, I would definitely not recommend this studio to anyone, nor return there myself.
Review 4：Location was good, near Madrid city center. The sort of central office with other rooms to be let is easily found. Then someone went with us to an obscure side street, where the studio was actually located.
Review 5：no real reception, you need to call on a mobile phone upon arrival or if you need anything. Not guaranteed that anyone would pick up. In my last visit, no toilet paper was available, and the previous visitor smoked in the room, so it was not nice to visit with kids.

If u want to stay alone it's ok,but more then one person in this flat will not feel comfortable!any ceilings in this flat,so when u are in toilet everybody hear what u are doing there. Noisy road near flat.Very angry and rude people from this agency. I forgot mobile there,I asked so much time to send me back,nobody send,now they have new mobile blackberry! Don't trust them!!!!

Review 25：Excellent location, very close to Noviciado subway station. I found the apartment very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly and the staff was so kind, they provided me everything I needed. I loved my stay here and on my next trip to Madrid I will rent here once again, for sure.
Review 26：Not easy to find. and The hotel was the office room before, so it is not very comfortable compared with the real hotels. Almost no service, the boss showed up one time only to send the key and get the cleaning fee. The Internet access (Wifi) is really bad.

Review 28：The room is very small and poor cleaning, I doubt did they clean the room completely. The door of the toilet doesn't work well and the bath drain always block by the water. And the toilet just a part of the apartmnent merely sperate by a wall without celling!!!
