Review 1：Everyone always complains about weak wifi signal.Turn your phone off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings ;)

Review 2：The place was beautiful with very friendly staff especially Natalia who went out of her way for us and the baby.I would recommend this hotel for both couples and family's amd would stay here again.

Review 3：A 4 star hotel should go beyond the basics. As the hotel was so empty, room upgrade with a view would have resulted in a more favourable review. Also asked the hotel to include a stamped letter with their mail, the response was "we don't provide a mail service".

Review 12：Service from staff helpful and friendly at all times, all locations - reception breakfast, pool bar, restaurant at night. Standard of food was exquisite.

Review 13：Too many staff at reception who were not engaged in providing an acceptable level of service, had to ask twice for extra pillows once with the booking and again at reception, the rooms air-con was off on arrival & took hours to reduce the temperature & finally no towels at the outside pool. For a spa we were surprised to hear that they did n't have a gym nor an indoor pool.

Review 15：My only complaint (which is similar to most european hotels) is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Review 16：The staff were lovely and really pleasant and helpful. The layout of the hotel was tranquil and peaceful. Standards excellent.

Review 17：The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen facilities in the Junior Suite didn't include a microwave or stove, though they did bring us a microwave when we asked for one. There was a constant moldy smell in that area of the suite. But the worst was that you could hear every sound in the rooms next door, no matter where you were in the suite.

Review 54：We have stayed in the El Rodat on two occasions and we find the staff very very help full. We have stayed in a Junior suite on both occasions,very spacious, with good facilities. Breakfast is buffet style, good mixture of hot and cold The swimming pool is very good lots of space and not crowded. The hotel is about 5 mins by taxi to the beech where the are some excellent restaurants to choose from

Review 55：Having to identify us as a 'mature couple'!! 52 and 43 ;-) Not much to dislike at all. Our near neighbours were a little noisy one night but this is Spain and to be expected when folks can be outside in the warm on a lovely terrace!

Review 56：The room was lovely - we were upgraded to a junior suite so cannot comment on the originall-booked double room! We had a terrace with a fabulous view over Javea. Pool area was quite and the gardens well kept. Easy parking right by our suite. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food but generally the staff were very good and helpful.

Review 57：Staff extremely unfriendly total lack of information including where breakfast was being served,talked to another couple at breakfast who felt the same way,they were prepared to forfeit two thousand pounds and leave if they could have got a room at the Parador Hotel,I must say we stayed there prior to coming to the El Rodat and wish we never left breakfast was very sparse to the point I had to go and find a member of staff to ask for a coffee,all in all we thought this would be the treat of our holiday and did not mind paying a high price. How wrong was we.
