Review 1：Unpainted front door!
Review 2：Practical and straightforward. Large amount of space (for Paris!), like a studio apartment with a second bed on an elevated platform. Good internet. No "service" as such (it's a residence, not a hotel) but so long as you don't expect anything this place works well.
Review 3：Lack of service, there was never anyone at reception, I rang the bell several times and no-one responded. We were there for 6 nights and had to ask for fresh towels and a tea towel. Nowhere to hang clothes, no cooking utensils or bowls provided to use in microwave or on stove top.
