Review 1：Reception open only in particular hours. Arrived in hotel after 18:00 and had to wait in the morning till 10:00 for open reception and have chance to pay for stay....

Review 2：The price. For 93 euros I could've stayed to a Sokos hotel. Instead of a room in the main hotel I got a small room in some kind of barracks near the lake(this was stipulated in the booking text though, that you might not get a room in the main building), where there was no sauna and no breakfast. So we had to commute between the main hotel building and the barracks. We got there at 21:00. The check in is not done in the main hotel but somewhere 300m away... 93 euros common...for a bellow average very small room, with a computer monitor instead a tv... They should reduce the price for the barracks...

Review 3：The bed was nice and confortable. The breakfast wasn't extraordinary but ok. The location. About 5 minutes with the car to the slopes.

Review 4：Long lines and waiting time (30min) at Himos reception (both for hotel and cottages). Hotel rooms need to be updated.

Review 8：I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. Meals were OK, and waiters too. Of course there could be wider choice. I certainly was not planning to stay in a hotel, which is located on the building site! In addition, the diligent Finnish workers started to work 6:00 in the morning! It is clear that no sleeping under tractor noise at the same window of my room was possible! To my request to show room away from the construction site – I got an absurd argument that the other rooms are not so good! It was absolutely a lie, because on that day the hotel had no other guests! Also, I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience! Do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel! The hill and the tracks were OK, but do seek residence elsewhere!

Review 10：In the photos you can see double bed but when we asked for double bed, they said they have no double beds in the whole hotel; so the pictures are misleading. They also don't have a fridge in the rooms which is also visible in the photos; Sound isolation is really poor in the rooms, no cleaning/tidying done during the day which is quite normally done in all the other hotels. Close to ski slopes; high price is normal but I would expect better quality.

Review 11：It's a nice hotel just by the slopes, clean and people in the reception and in restaurant are kind. Breakfast was rich and good too.

Review 12：What a great little find! Never been to Finland before and was pleasantly surprised when arrived at the hotel. The setting is right by the lake and the views are stunning. The rooms are very clean and basic. The stuff are every so smiley and helpful, as the rest of Finland. Had the most pleasant stay there and would definitely come back to that hotel if come back
