Review 1：The check/out experience, they charged for an extra hour past 12 pm, they had no concierge to keep the luggage as out flight was a late one, they charged extra 2 Euro to keep the luggage at the reception!!! No tea kettle or coffee making services in the room, ehich is weird for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel, the fact that the hotel blocked my amount on the credit card and didnt explain when and how it will be refunded back!!!

Review 10：The location of the hotel is excellent! Metro station is just across the road, and lots of cafes and restaurants around. Also many places of tourist interest are very close by. Staff at the reception are helpful. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable.

Review 11：No refrigerator in room. For God's shake do not eat at the hotel restaurant!! Do not also include breakfast! They do not even try to serve decent food! We made the mistake of eating dinner one night at the hotel and we simply could not eat the food. Better throw your money away instead of eating the food they serve at the hotel.

Review 13：There is no fridge or tea musing facilities in the room although you can get hot water and buy tea and Nespresso in the Living area. The room was quiet from street noise but the cleaning staff in the adjacent room were very noisy.

Moreover, the hotel is very well located, just a few steps away from the Principe Pio metro station (very useful). I expected it to be noisy in the night due to the train station and the main road in front of it but that wasn't the case. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, so I cannot comment about that.

Review 34：staff is more concerned about making money out of you instead of helping. parking is absolutely imposible, unless you pay 21€/day.

You could hear everyone in the hotel rooms entering and exiting their rooms Whilst the rooms were double glazed, the cleaning staff left the outside window open every time they cleaned the room - we only worked this out on night 3, after which we could sleep in!!
