Review 1：The hostal is quiet and clean and the staff very very nice. Me and my daughter 10 years old, we spent there good time thanks to the owner, a young lady very friendly.

Review 3：The attentiveness of the owner, who was so friendly and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed to attend a concert and the venue was a few minutes walk away. Metro station was also few minutes walk and only a few stops to the city centre. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Review 4：I found it a bit dangerous to get in and to get out of the bath. Handles would be helpful.
Review 5：It was quiet and comfortable. Room was larger than i had expected. Beds were extremely good, soft and warm, and I wished not to leave mine. Also they provided dental kit among other amenities, what I found very helpful. The property was located just round the corner from metro station, though it took about half an hour and one or two transfers to get to the city center by metro, and the metro used to be overcrowded, except for morning, and transfers meant lots of stairs. It didn't bother me anyway, but if you have problems with your knees or travel with bulky luggage you should consider these difficulties related to getting to and from this hotel.

Review 7：Everything was just perfect!! The room was cleaned everyday, new towels etc. Small price and everything was like 5 stars! Very near the metro/lidl/farmacy/other stores. Next to the hotel there is a good store with fresh fruits with good price. I recommend this hotel for everyone!
Review 8：Hostel is clean, it seems like rooms have been recently upgraded, comfortable and excellent location. It's 3 blocks from the visa alegre metro and there's a huge department store near by which also has a supermarket.
Review 9：Good location, reasonable price per night, friendly staff, very comfortable and well furnished room, high-speed Wi-Fi for free and all important and needed facilities in room (towels, shower gel and especially new dental set - toothbrush stil in package and small toothpaste). Very nice surprise for me. Next time in Madrid I will definitely return, I was completely satisfied.
Review 10：We were in Madrid for (5 nights). The Hostal was great, very clean and confortable. On the first day we arrived sooner then expected but we were able to make the check in earlier and on the last day we left the luggage there after the check out. The nearest Metro station is only 2 minutes away and there's plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Review 11：no elevator which is slight hard to carry heavy luggage box & have suggest reception to translate 10 room rules to english which is only in spainish now. 没有电梯，对拿着沉重拉杆箱的客人不是很方便。房间内有一个西班牙语的10条房间规范，check out的时候和前台美女有建议翻译成英语，她说已经再着手了。
Review 12：clean and warm, friendly staff, 5 minutes on foot to arrive metro Vista Alegre. There is a fruit shop and small shop near the hotel. 干净温馨的旅馆，离开“Vista Alegre” 地铁站5~10分钟路程（看你从哪一个口出来），前台很友好，我们第一晚到的时候已经接近10PM，仍然等着为我们开门。房间虽然不大，但是五脏俱全，如此便宜的价格性价比绝对高！旅馆附近有一个水果摊和一个温州人开的小杂货店。
Review 13：very kind staff, very good facilities, good location with access to metro and thus to the city centre, possibility to park on the street without additional cost (no green or blue parking lots), many possibilities to eat something in the vicinity (panaderias, tapas bars etc.), great value for money. In total, absolute recommendable if you are into a quite and comfortable accommodation.
Review 14：The staff were very friendly. The lady Agnes at the reception was always preparing to help and spoke English and Spanish. Big room with a double bed and a large flatscreen TV. There was a little room beside the bathroom to put clothes and other stuff. WIFI is available in the room. The bed room was very clean and quiet. The service and facilities was very impressive for the price. I stayed there for 5 days and everything was satisfying. And the hotel was about 200 meters away from the metro station Vista Alegre. I will recommended it to my friends.

Review 28：It was just around the corner from the Palacio Vistalegre. Everything was new in our room and extremely clean. We were very comfortable here. I'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone! We were also able to find parking on the same street with no problem (blue zone)
Review 29：Excellent place to stay, offering fantastic value for money. Very spacious room with comfortable double bed, extra single bed and a large flatscreen TV. The bathroom was ample size with powerful shower, nice toiletries and the very useful touch of disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste (great as we had forgotten these!) Facilities are very impressive for the price. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh smelling. We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly and efficient. The following morning when we checked out the service was similarly excellent. We were going to a concert and knew we couldn't get back home late at night afterwards, this hotel was perfectly located for the venue. For those visiting Madrid, the immediate surrounding area is not bad and has a few interesting looking places for breakfast, but most importantly it is only a short Metro ride (10 - 15 minutes) into the centre - the Metro station (Vista Alegre) is 2 mins walk from the hotel. Overall, very friendly, very clean, very comfortable and outstanding value for money, we would stay again.
