Review 5：The attitude of staff and management. I am travelling for many months avery long way from my home and it is crucial that I can access wifi.Their system had been inoperative for some time and would not be fixedfor another month!!! Shame on them for advertising that wifi wasavailable. I asked if I could use the office system to send an email tomy family to let them know I was ok. No!! Breakfast for a so calledthree star hotel was appalling.

Review 7：Close too station(!) - too noisy - inadaquate soundproofing on roomson that side of the hotel - not enough sleep as a result. The trainswere ok - but the Taxis also congregate outside the hotel rooms aswell as the local party animals and fussball supporters on their wayout and back to late night Berlin roistering - shouting and singingcontinually throught the early hours.. Hotel also taken over by partyof roisterers - banging doors, playing guitars badly and singing andhanging out chatting on the chairs in the corridor (and gettingchanged in the corridor!) - thats Ok but not at 0230.....but that isnot the hotels fault...
