Simply decorated, each room comes with single beds which can be joined together and a shared bathroom with bath or shower. They all have a wardrobe and a desk. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Review 1：Noise can be a problem. Make sure to bring ear plugs.
Review 2：Very clean and tidy. Room was much bigger than expected. Internet fast and reliable. Bar downstairs was convenient and good value for money.
Review 3：The only issue is that the rooms are not very sound-proof and guests can be heard moving and talking next door and on the landings.
Review 4：Good basic budget accomodation 20-25 minutes walk from the main bus station, 5 minutes walk from Cruz Del Senor tram stop. You get a room but no meals, a bed, wardrobe, table, chair, and free wifi but no sink, fridge, nor TV in the room. The rooms are secure, the shared bathrooms (inc. shower) on the same landing are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. English is spoken and the bar next door used by locals offers homemade cooking and is great for breakfast!

Review 6：Simple room, but very clean and comfortable. Location very good, we could go to Santa Cruz or La Laguna by train. You can eat in Alborada good domestic food! Staff was very nice and friendly!

Review 9：Nothing really, except the wi-fi connection was utterly ****, keeps cutting off, it is really slow, and as soon as someone else in the building feels like streaming on the internet, then you cannot even send iMessages from an iPhone. And lack of towels on the toilet for wiping your hands after washing them.
Review 10：Nice location, and the hotel manager is pretty slick.. He offered me to even wash my clothes, as a friendly gesture, which for me was a huge plus, as I just moved to Tenerife. It's a quiet place, even tho that it's in the middle of Santa Cruz.
Review 11：This pension is in a nice residential area very close to the tram line which is important if you want to visit both Santa Cruz and La Laguna since the tram goes to both. it's also easy to walk to santa Cruz city center, about a twenty minute downhill walk. Rooms and common bathrooms are cleaned daily and staff is friendly.

Review 14：Location is awful. Nobody can understand english in the radius 2 km (except for the asian restaurant nearby). Showers and toilets are very old and the shower was not very clean. The rooms were overheated even with the window opened all the time. Missing some common room.

Review 31：NOISE: Almost all rooms have lightweight hollow-core doors, which don't insulate against noise. No carpeting anywhere, so even small sounds reverberate. Guests using the bathroom have to open and close their room door on exit, open and close the bathroom door on entry and repeat on return. That's a lot of door-banging. Add conversations, hair-dryers and general clatter. Single-glazed windows don't insulate against traffic noise or dogs barking. What sounded like furniture moving between 11:30pm-12:00pm may have been the bar closing, shutters closing - or furniture being moved. Nevertheless, good value accommodation, kind and helpful staff.

Review 37：Lacking in basic amenities, no television or kettle in the room, too basic. Would at least benefit from a kettle, I went to an electrical shop in Town and bought a travel kettle so at least I could have a cup of tea. The Cafe downstairs I found to be very unfriendly but that does not belong to the Hotel. Couldn't find anywhere local to get a decent breakfast. Very Spanish speaking area with the locals not too friendly with non speakers.
Review 38：Good free wifi connection. Owner Leo and his family nice people and as helpful as the language barrier would allow. Room kept clean and fresh towels each day with bed made up. Location good for the Tram and a 906 service Bus to Town about half hourly. A tip here - Buy the Bono Bus Card at the Bus Station in Santa Cruz, you will need it here as you will have to travel about quite a lot for something to do, not a lot to do in this location. It gives you between 30 - 50% Discount on normal fares.
Review 39：I was impressed of service and the atmosphere of the place. Also they done for us a lot of things more comfortable such as: after our journeys thought the land we found cleaned rooms, they suggest which place better to visit, also small restaurant downstairs with very good coffee and much more! We are very happy that we stayed in Pensión Milema!

Review 45：Free wifi, good bar with local cuisine (home made, excellent) near the entrance. Good if you just stay there to sleep for a few nights, near the center you can let your car near the local police free parking lot. It's near the motorway.

Review 47：The host is a very friendly, helpful guy, he even speaks some English, ready with info if u ask. Good location higher up on the mountain side, but the streetcar passes by a few meters, easy access to everywhere. OK for a quick night's sleep, to pass by.
Review 48：The pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. They are bearable if you bend them into two halves. The guest is not given a key for the front door. Rather, you press the intercom and the owner will open the door for you. One day, I came back when the owner was not available and I got rather tired of walking the streets for 20 minutes waiting for him to come back. The owner does not want guests to park in the guesthouse car park. It was quite cold during the night as there is no heating. Eating options are not good close to the guesthouse. It is mainly just tapas they serve and there is nowhere with a menú del día. There is, however, a good and resonably-priced Italian restaurant called Luigi in Avenida de Venezuela.
Review 49：The guesthouse is convenient for taking the tram to the city centre and La Laguna. Cruz del Señor tram stop is just a few minutes´walk away. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking nearby although it may not be obvious when you arrive. The price is very good, there are two bathroom facilities per floor (shower room, toilet room and washroom with 2 wash basins). Ther facilities appear clean to the eye, but my bag picked up a lot of dust from the bedroom floor. There is free wifi which is also quite fast. There is a bar/cafetería next door where a basic breakfast is available quite cheaply. However, croissants etc are industrial ones. A far better breakfast may be had at Cafetería La Kafeita in Avenida de Venezuela, just a few minutes´walk away.

Review 51：very nice staff ( my guess it was the owner) ! close to tram and bus stop, and only 10 min from the city center/ bus station, good value for money; especially if you're on budget....I was afraid that it's not in the city center but public transport is very frequent and there is an excellent connection. perfect if you're looking for cheap accommodation in Santa Cruz.
Review 52：The family that runs it is absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. It's very simple and no frills, but it doesn't pretend to be more than that, so anyone who's read the descriptions of it shouldn't be disappointed. The location is great - right next to a tram stop so getting downtown is a quick 10 minute trek. I go to Tenerife fairly often, and I plan to stay here from now on whenever I go.
