Review 1：The owners are extremely accommodating, very friendly and helpful. I needed to cut short my stay and they sorted the Booking.com itinerary out and only charged for the nights I was there. It's a sweet little hotel overlooking the canal and cathedral. Just a short walk to the town centre. Late November there's very little open and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. They do have sandwiches and crisps with cans of soft drinks to buy, though. I needed to hold the shower otherwise the floor would have been flooded, strange little shower bath. Other than that the hotel was lovely. I loved sitting at the table next to the open window in my room writing. :)

Review 3：that the staff offered a reduction because the storm the night before had impacted on the room we booked. They immediately fixed the problem with the hot water boiler (caused by the storm)
Review 4：The decor really needs going over, loose wallpaper and poor paint for some will be not be a sign of character. The bathroom needs urgent up dating and was draughty as was the room when the wind blew - no bathroom door doesn't help situation! The room was a little small for a family room though it was fine for 1 night. It would have been nice if a very simple meal was available instead of snacks.
Review 5：Wonderful location, not far but far enough from busy railway station to avoid noise. Lovely view over river and cathedral. Friendly proprietors and reasonably priced snacks/sandwiches and drinks available till late. Beds comfortable with good clean sheets. WiFi good and small TV had French freeview.

Too small for 4 unless with very young children. Thebreakfast was inconsistent - good on the first day but less offered onthe second with no yoghourt and only a small piece of bread.

Review 61：Nothing to complain really. well, it would be nicer if the owners can speak better English,then they could have provided information such as where is the Beziers airport shuttle bus. The owner said he did not know about the shuttle bus, but they could arrange taxi. We found the shuttle bus stop later ourselves, which is right in front of the train station with schedule clearly specified (Bus 210). Remind you that the shuttle can be a little bit late, so don't be panic if it does not appear on time. But the language should not be a problem. you are in a different country, what can you expect, you should speak their language instead. :-)
Review 62：The location is great for train and airport connection. The old town is just next to you, not to mention the nice river in front of you. Great local bus connections to the beaches and nearby towns. The room is tidy, and cleaned daily. It was comfortable staying there. Overall, a great place and would like to stay there again next time. Recommend to others who arrive by train or flight via Beziers airport, and want a good location to explore this area.

Review 64：The hotel is located on the right bank of River Hérault, overlooking the Cathedral and the downtown. The view in the morning was literally breathtaking - I didn't anticipate it at all, so it was a nice surprise. The facility and breakfast was fine. The price was also a bargain, probably because I was traveling in the low season. (Southern France in winter is actually nice!)
