Reviews for Hotel Isis Madrid

Review 1:The noice. I got a room next to the backdoor staircase - I could hearthe staff walking and talking over there.

Review 2:Comfortable, clean and in a good distance from the metro station

Review 3:A little far from the centre, but no great hardship with Metro 600 metres away. Two out of 5 nights quite a lot of noise as person or persons seemed continually to walk in the uncarpeted corridor and open and close doors until 2-3 in the morning. One night, neighbours took showers at 4 in the morning and the running water was disturbingly loud.

Review 4:Price and practicality

Review 5:It is a bit noisy at night since (our room, at least) is fronting a quite busy road: cars and chatting people. Maybe more expensive rooms might have a better location, though.

Review 6:Foreword: we booked last-minute, when 85% of the structures in Madrid were already taken, and during a weekend with a lot of stuff going on, including Atletico-Real. ISIS is a good normal-budget accommodation in an usually expensive city like Madrid. It is close enough to the city center and to all the main attractions due to his location between Almendrales and Legazpi (I suggest you to use Legazpi) on metro Line 3, which is the one going to all the best stops in town. Internet was working smoothly. A 24/7 food store right on the corner. And their cleaners.. do actually know how to clean.

Review 7:It was small, dirty, old, and in a rougher looking area. If you dont know spanish or have never been to madrid, not a good choice

Review 8:Hotel was cheap and near the metro

Review 9:Nothing!

Review 10:good value hotel with excellent transport links nearby. If you want to watch the tennis at the CAJA Magica I would reccomend this hotel. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you to a stop which is only 3/4 mins away from the venue. A supermarket and 24/7 shop is also located very close to the hotel.

Review 11:SOME OF THE STAFF COULD TAKE A CHILL PILL NOW AND AGAIN BUT MOSTLY FINE

Review 12:VERY CLOSE TO THE CITY AND VERY CLEAN

Review 13:Far from metro. Away from the city life Internet was very poor and disconnecting very frequently. Unable to use sometimes

Review 14:Helpful staff Cleanliness

Review 15:No breakfast and quiet far from the downtown

Review 16:Cleanliness and nice staff are greatly appreciated

Review 17:The beds were comfy and it was very cute

Review 18:AC a bit loud

Review 19:very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, good wifi connection, easy access to underground parking

Review 20:Had asked for room at front of property , just the design of hotel means some of the rooms have no views and you have to keep lights on during the day .having said that bed was comfortable great power shower and like myself most people will only be in their room to sleep

Review 21:Hotel is close to caja magica as I was there for tennis and the public transport is fantastic with bus-stops at hotel door.

Review 22:would like to see their cafe serve dinner as well

Review 23:very helpful and friendly staff. Lydia at the reception was exceptional in her guest dealings and ensured that everybody was kept satisfied

Review 24:internet facilities as advertised hardly ever worked. The receptionist, at check-in, lacked knowledge of how to access the internet, and was generally unhelpful.

Review 25:Wi-fi connection often unreliable. Cable TV offers only Spanish-language programming.

Review 26:Good-value budget hotel, comfortable, good shower, clean. Good variety of local Spanish-language programming. Helpful staff.

Review 27:Nada

Review 29:rooms were really small, very thin walls and a lot of noises from the room next door

Review 30:value for money was good

Review 31:Very good quality to price ratio. Ideal localization for Caja Magica, with direct bus and a nocturne bus very close as well. Nice and helpful staff.

Review 32:Weak WiFi signal, breakfast consists of coffee, juice and a croissant, the cleanliness very poor

Review 33:I wanted a duvet, but the one I found in the cupboard wasn't covered with sheets and had a blood stain on it.

Review 34:The bathroom was very clean.

Review 35:There was no lamp at the table in the room !
