Reviews for Les Voiles Sur Le Front De Mer
Review 1:Well your questions covered it really, I was worried about the bsr it was just outside our room. But no issues couldn't hear it at all, which was a shame because it was playing some great tunes! If we had the time and budget we would have stayed longer.
Review 2:the only thing we are desepointment in was the restaurants. There was only one good restaurant, and that was gepetto. Also because the rest was on vacation.
Review 3:The rest was pure relaxation.
Review 4:Street facing room which was very noisy at night time. The room also had a street light right outside the window which glared all night. Curtains were useless. Awful breakfast
Review 5:Nothing
Review 6:I had asked for the room with a double bed and a sofa bed as I was travelling with my teenage son so needed two beds for the night en route to our main holiday destination. When we arrived no mention was made about the sofa bed but we went up to the room and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I went and asked at reception to be told that the sofa bed was broken and they had no other rooms. I was given a set of sheets and we ended up taking the mattress off the sofa bed and my son slept on that on the floor. The sofa bed was good quality and he was comfy enough; the problem was with the pull out mechanism, possibly caused by misuse by a previous guest. It was irritating but we managed fine and my son slept well even if that was on the floor.
Review 7:The room was very big, clean and quiet with a great view over the promenade to the beach. The price was excellent though didn't include breakfast.
Review 8:We had a little trouble to get the TV to work, but it didn't matter to us.
Review 9:We found the hotel to be very well located near the sea front, and easy to find. The hotel has nice views of the sea, and a nice breakfast. Parking is right outside and free, with some nice local restaurants and cafés. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 10:On the ground floor there is a restaurant which works to midnight and crowded by people. It's noisy but if you want to join this community, it's OK.
Review 11:Great location. Panoramic ocean view. Frendly personnal. Funny neigbours. You can open a window and feel ocean wind...
Review 12:Woken up in the night, thought there were riots outside. turns out France had done quite well in football! Did not spoil the night at all

Review 27:We had a very nice stay at this hotel. We stayed a night at this hotel when France wan 5-2 from Switzerland. People were very happy and loud in the streets of Le Havre. Our baby had difficulties to go to sleep. We asked the night guard if it was possible to have another room, that was more silent. He was very helpful and managed to give us another room. THANK YOU!
Review 28:wifi is impossibly slow, low ceiling (about 2,1 meters), you need to control the service lady - she came to my room but never swept or washed the floor, TV set didnot work, the bar next door is the student's centre of Le Havre - they sometimes maybe quite noisy.
Review 29:good location, friendly and very helpful staff (I decided to stay for 4 days longer and they managed to arrange my stay in the same room despite of the fact that it was already booked by another person for that period). I stayed in the room number 17, it has a living room and a small kitchenette which is very convenient. wonderfull view, 50 meters from the sea, best embankment for going jogging. I enjoyed my stay there very much.
Review 30:On our second morning we went for breakfast before 9am to find littlechoice of breads left. Perhaps we were the last to go to breakfastroom but, no croissants left - in france! Not a cheap option at 11Euros, either
Review 31:The location is great. Unspoilt views of the beach and harbour entrancewith loads of activity, even in December
Review 32:Absolutely nothing! There was no restaurant but the one next door, Le Roi Leopoldo, was excellent in service and quality of food. Please do recommend them to your clients
Review 33:We had a wonderful 4nights in a beautiful sea facing room. A most comfortable huge bed, lovely ..and interesting... Shower...and panoramic view of the harbour, sea front and promenade. Could have stayed for weeks. The price was reasonable for what we had and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would love to come again and bring our little dog.
Review 34:A little difficult to find - the door is in the middle of a strip of businesses. Curtains did not block off all the street lighting. Could improve by having hooks for towels close to shower.
Review 35:On the beachside of the road. No parking included, but lucky to find spot just across the street. A little noisy with traffic right in front - our room was facing the street. Interesting selection of restaurants along boardwalk, just a few minutes walk away. Typical breakfast offerings. interesting hallway design to make it look like a cruise ship. Rooms are called cabins, but are very big. Big bathroom and toiletries supplied.
Review 36:Too expensive for this quality. The decoration in the entrance, bathroom, toilets is a kind of "cheap" for this kind of hotel and price. The shower cabine was leaking..,
Review 37:The view from the captain's cabin is fabulous!!
Review 38:One of the window did not close well and let some wind in. No private parking is available and parking in the street is a bit difficult. The breakfast room, although nice, is very small and very quickly full.
Review 39:We enjoyed the sea view, the efforts in the decoration of the rooms, corridors and common rooms to look like inside a boat. The king size bed was also very much appreciated and it was comfortable.
Review 40:The location is excellent and the views are stunning. The room was big and very comfortable with the added benefit of a fridge for that occasional bottle of French champagne! The staff a friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious, again with the lovely view.
