Review 1：There is only one minus. Minus for guests, not for the hotel, but it is possible to organise it better:) People book sunbeds and the "procedure" is strange and I have never seen smth like that in any other hotel. Some people start booking sunbeds at 8:00 in the morning (the first moment you can do it). They make noise and wake up everyone in the hotel by plastic sunbeds. Then they block these beds by towels and often even do not use them.

Review 2：1) Very good location close to Yumbo and quite a close to the beach. 2) Perfect stuff - especially in the restaurant and cleaning service. Smiled, friendly, helpful. 3) Good dinners, breakfasts OK but nothing special. 4) Clean large apartments.

Review 3：Slow wifi. Despite signs declaring that sun loungers could not be held with towels, the pool area opened at 8, loungers were dragged around for best location and retained with towels until residents reappeared around 10 or 11

Review 9：The lack of air conditioning can make it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. We did pay for a fan, but I still found it wasn't as effective as air con would have been. The wifi was patchy but at check-in we were advised that the strongest signal was at the balcony (which was true).

Review 10：The friendliness of all the staff; reception, cleaners, poolside café and bar - everyone was so kind and amiable! The apartment was well-furnished and cleaned everyday, and the hotel as a whole was really well kept. Great value for money!

Review 18：I love the Buenos Aires and have stayed here twice before. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and infact recognised us from our stay last year. The whole hotel has a great atmosphere and the rooms are lovely with great views overlooking the pool. Its in an excellent location literally next to the Yumbo centre if thats where you're looking at going each night but is also perfect for shopping or going out to eat. Will definitely be back again next year.

Review 59：Too many children in the swimming pool area from early in the morning until late in the evening making too much noise. At times it was impossible to get in the pool without being kicked or annoyed by some of these kids jumping and shouting. The worst by far, the inconsiderate people putting their towels on the sunbeds early in the morning so no one else could make use of them until late afternoon when they decided to pop down to the pool. Hotel management should really do something about this. Everything else was great.

Review 60：Great location close to everything at walking distance (beach, bars, clubs) and very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartments. Recently refurbished. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good free WIFI in the resort. Will repeat and recommend.

Review 61：No Air-conditioning but you could rent a fan, my tip rent 2 as there not that great but you can leave the balcony doors open. Price of taxi when ordering through the hotel,next time I'd order from the street. We just didn't want to take the chance as we needed a mini bus. Cleaning lady, We tried to be friendly but as I said she must have been having a bad week. Don't let this put you off,it hasn't put us off.

Review 62：Just returned from an amazing holiday.There were 6 of us. Myself,partner,son and girlfriend,2 daughters 13 and 5. Staff were polite and friendly except the cleaning lady who must have been having a bad week. Didn't seem to like the fact that we wanted to keep the place clean ourselves and all we were looking for off her was clean towels and sheets. We thought she'd be happy with 2 less apts to clean. Antonio on reception was really helpful. Apartments were only half hr from Airport which was great. Pool was fantastic,yes people put towels down and left but we were always able to get 5 loungers.Each room has a few foam things to make the loungers more comfy,great. Apartments are a little small when the sofa bed was out but it didn't bother us. We had 2 apts and asked to have them next door to each other,which we got. Apts had everything we needed. No table and chairs but whats nicer than having breakfast on the balcony. Taxi from Airport was €38 but ordering from the hotel going back was €50. Beach was only a 10 min walk with nice restaurants when you got there. Great family bar across the road called shenanigans with great drink and food prices. I could go on and on about how great it was but all I'll say is we all can't wait to go back next year!!

Review 63：I didn't like the amount of noise early in the morning, especially when you've had a late night. You could hear the cleaners a mile away as well as the outside noise.

Review 68：The wifi is terrible. The tv had two English channels and the rest were spanish. The noise at night made it very hard to sleep. The pool is very small. There is also no entertainment what so ever at night for guests. The restaurant in the apartment is terrible and I wouldn't recommend all inclusive.

Review 69：The location was definitely the best thing about this hotel, it is a two minute walk from the Yumbo centre which has all the bars, restaurants and shops you need. And is also a five minute taxi to the beach. The room was cleaned everyday and was well equipped. The hotel is maintained well and the staff are very very helpful and friendly. You must check out at 12 but they provide a curtesy room free of charge so you can have a shower later in the day if you have a late flight. Also they allow you to keep your luggage in a safe room until you wish to leave the hotel after check out. The bar in the hotel is good value for money and the pool table is free. It's definitely good value for money.
