Review 1：There were some "typical" 3-star Spanish hotel limitations - small and un-comfy pillows and mattress too short for taller people.

Review 2：Stayed here for 4 nights for New Year celebrations. Extremely central and convenient location. Chosen for value - around 55 eur/night (although noticed that they were charging 5x more for the last-minute New Year bookings :) Likely one of the first places I will look for staying when visiting this city the next time.

Review 11：The room was very small, there was not even the space for opening the luggages. The parking was in a separate building, which was old, with a very low ceiling, no elevators nor stairs, and such a terribly smoggy air that we had to run away as soon as possible. For 10 EUR per day, definitely not worth it.

Manager changed the room on request to a room of higher class with normal big window, that should be a normal standard, as shown on the pictures of hotel. Hotel was not renovated for some time and interior design just do not exist there.

Review 19：Rooms very outdated and need updating, as do the bathrooms. It was clean enough but noticed a couple of things that could be improved upon. The balcony could do with chair at least. In the booking.com description it says the hotel has a bar, but apparently they don't have that anymore??

Review 20：Ideally situated in Santa Cruz. Staff pleasant enough but nothing outstanding. Large rooms and comfortable beds, TV, safe and fridge. We had a balcony overlooking the square which was nice. Very cheap at 52 euros for the night which included parking. Ok for an overnight cheap stay but probably wouldn't stay again.

Review 21：I hated that the hotel did not notify me that there will be construction works during my stay. At around 11am to 6pm everyday there would be men rappelling down the side of the building and drilling and banging hammers. More than that, they were also climbing onto the balcony to continue their works. The hotel did not notify me of this AT ALL! when i had enough and spoke to reception, her only response was "they should be finished around 6pm". The member of staff present was not helpful at all. The smell of burning wood was entering the hotel room. Worst experience ive ever had. Would not reccomend.

Review 23：- Staff speaks English very bad. - It was rainy every day, we asked about an umbrella for one day, but staff just suggested to buy one in the shop. - The balcony is too small, it was divided into 2 parts, each is 1x1m and you share it with another room, so its a very big problem to open a balcony door or leave it opened when you are not in the room. - Our first reaction when we entered a room, Oh my God. The furniture is old, pillows are really small and bad. There was a disgusting air in the room and you can't refresh it when you are not in the room (see above why). I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 24：Perfect location, direct in the city center. Its close to shopping streets, restaurants, patisserie for a breakfast and bus/tram stations. McDonalds is 20 m away.

Review 29：I have done a fair bit of travelling, stayed in hostels, slept at train stations, on airport benches and train floors, in fields and on rooftops and all of those are preferable to a night in this hotel. Unless you been taken hostage and unluckily caught up in a hotel siege just don't go anywhere near the place.This hotel is not cheap, to say the least and there are better 1 Star hotels in Santa Cruz than this 3 Star monstrosity. Its on the main high street so noisy. Its décor is drab, tasteless and stuck in the 1970's. My room still had items left from the previous occupant and I had no hot water. It is an absolute horror show of hotel. Had booked two nights but left after one and would have left after 10 minutes but it was New Years Eve. I have complained to Booking.com who cannot have done any due diligence on this hotel. Value deal .. not even close ?

The staff were friendly and because we had a few teething problems with the car park and room key, they made sure I had a free breakfast and checked everything was eventually ok. The room was at the side so nice and quiet.

Review 72：Location was very convenient. At the pedestrian shopping street and plaza de Espana. Terrace was amazing, maybe same size as a room itself. We had a number at the top floor and view was pretty good. Breakfast eatable - omelette, cereals, yoghurt, etc.

Review 73：Location right in the heart of the town from which everywhere was a very easy walk. Rooms on front get sun most of the day (which was ideal). Short walk to bus stop for Las Terrisitas and tramvia. Stayed here 7 days mixing work with some time off; staff great and felt very comfortable. Had problem with wifi the evening I arrived so they sent two guys first thing following morning to get it sorted (i.e. explain what the problem had been with exceptional usage) and offer a different solution if it happened again. Thereafter it was very fast and I never had an issue again. I found the hotel super. I will happily stay here again.

They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge. Would defo use again as very central, clean, great buffet breakfast and great staff.

The buses are punctual and excellent value for money. The port is interesting, with visiting cruise liners and ferry boats.

Review 98：The noise of the neighbour situated musicstage during the carnaval. We did not know that whewn booking the hotel. Infernal noise of bandmusic was both nights untill 02 and 03 at night. Our bed was shaking of the big noise. We think nobody could sleep at that hotel. Never go to tihs hotel during carnival!

Review 101：This hotel is right at the spot- in the middle from everything. Near to harbor, shopping malls museums...but after two days you have seen all. It's very good for business, and the breakfast is good. If you want to go to the beach, it takes a 25min. ride by bus. If you like party, come for carneval - you are right in the middle of it!
