Review 1：Was cheapest Ibiza Town hotel we could find and was absolutely central for the port. Front desk was helpful, rooms small-ish, but as expected. Very Stylish. All Good. You are paying for location, not luxury.
Review 2：The noise from about 7am onwards outside in the corridor, constant doors slamming and what sounded like furniture being moved about! Not ideal considering we had only gone to bed at 4am!

Review 6：The location is very central on the quayside with great views. The area comes alive at night and might not appeal to all. Some of the rooms are in an annexe which might be less well appointed than the main building.

Review 10：Misleading impression of hotel on booking.com. Gave impression room would have view from front of building and it did not. Also had impression it would be on first floor. We were put in a clubbers hostel at the back up steep stairs on the 2nd floor until we complained and were moved. Booking.com really should have given much clearer picture. Misleading to the point of mis-selling.

Review 12：First of all the hotel is extremely loud, with many many bars on the spot. One of the main problems we encountered is that our room was flooded after coming back from dinner. It had rained a bit in Ibiza that day. Our clothes and shoes were ruined since the floor was completely wet. After arguing with the staff they finally relented and gave us another room. A complete nightmare, especially since we had initially paid for a sea view and we got a back room. This hotel is horrible, there are too many wrong things to even list.

Review 16：The noise was just unbelievable. Almost comically unbelievable. It was like sleeping in one of the bars downstairs and the music does not go off until about 3am with everyone not finishing up until later. One of the other friends on the group had a different room which faced onto a quite street but my room was on top of the bars. The hotel should stipulate that no sleep would be gained in this room. The bed made the most amount of noise also every time you moved so if we did manage to fall off to sleep we would wake the other person if we moved. If you plan to have no sleep at all then this place is fine. Otherwise I would try a different location.

Review 18：Staff were useless, just to order an orange juice at the bar took 5 minutes. I was left stood up the bar because they couldn't work out how to print off a receipt. in the end I lost patience and had to interrupt the debate and just asked for the change. The female member then came outside and shouted at me In front of other guests. Bad service and very un professional. Wouldn't recommend using the hotels hospitality at all.

This room was very small and extremely noisy at night as it is on the same floor as shared dormitories. We might as well have been staying in a youth hostel. There is also a lot of pubs/clubs at the back of the hotel which are very noisy.

Review 32：I booked (and hotel took the money via credit card just the day after) a double room with sea view on the main building for 108€ on May 11th (2 and half months in advance of arrival date set to be on July 2nd). On July 2nd when there they simply told me that there was no room available so that me and my girlfriend could choose between sleeping on a different structure 10 miles far from the ibiza port where we had to take an early ferry on the following morning or to accept to sleep in a very spartan room very noisy all night long with bunk beds and a minuscule and stinky bathroom. We accepted the latter because it was late at night and we need to be close to the port but we had a very negative experience and of course no romantic sea view for my girlfriend. The following morning the manager after my compliant offered us a partial refund but it does not change the sense of the story. We understood that this unfair practice was not an exception as the guys at the concierge were familiar with this situation as they already had the phone numbers of the other hotel handy to call and send customers there and they also admitted this happened many times before, I recommend you to avoid an hotel that has no respect for the customers and for the bookings already set and paid.

Review 35：Though the hotel was booked 6 weeks before arrival I was contacted less than 24 hours before that date to say that they did not have a room available and we would be moved to another hotel, miles from where we wanted to be. We arrived at the appointed time and after discussing the matter, a room was found, not the Superior room I had purchased but a decent room. Major work was going on a he hotel and had been for several weeks. We should have been contacted earlier and the position explained. There was no offer of compensation.

Very inconvenient when room is on the 4th floor (no lift),or at 0400 hrs. Flow of water to shower/basin reduced by use in other rooms. Shame really as the hotel is comfortable, clean and very well situated for all that the town has on offer both by day & night.
Review 92：The hotel is situated overlooking the harbour/marina & very close to the old town (Dalt Vila). Close to the bars cafes & restaurants. The rooms overlooking the harbour are the quieter rooms, those at the rear overlook the street with all the late night bars and are therefore noisier.
