Review 1：Noise. (Avoid front rooms). They could have warned us there were works too (drills and so on, horrible, especially when staying with small kids)

Review 3：Helpful friendly staff, they helped direct me around the city and assisted me with booking tickets or anything that needed Spanish. The room was excellent, amazing value for money.

Review 11：The bed was great and very clean. The bathroom with shower, very clean. Staff was nice and helpful for tourist information. Perfect location, near shops, restaurants and groceries. WiFi was very good (the administration made un upgrade) for both laptop and smart phone at the same time.

Review 15：The hotel is very near to the train station, just only 300 m. It's also located near Plaza Mayor and shopping street. There are supermarkets and restaurants around here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is very comfortable and clean.
