Reviews for Timhotel Boulogne Rives de Seine

Review 1:Hotel in very poor condition. Rooms tiny and with poor fitments. Room price was cheaper on the official notice on the door than I was charged...illegal?

Review 2:Man on reception was very pleasant. (Though originally he couldn't find the booking...all a bit disorganised)

Review 3:nothing

Review 4:Comfort to stay for those traveller or tourist ... the Staff are also good specially the midnight shift staff his to kind and he always keep smilling ..Your things are safe and also they always clean our room everyday ! Thanks

Review 5:The room was quite poorly appointed with light switches and plug sockets in strange positions that made them hard to access. Also the room was also really hot all the time, had to have the window wide open when I was in there.

Review 6:The location of the hotel was good for the purpose of my visit and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 7:Very cramped, bed took up most of room space, bathroom had a section of tiles cut out and propped against bath, no insect screens..had to keep window open as it was hot and humid, no air con, had to request a jug to boil water, no fridge so food extras had to be placed in fridge by reception and collected next day, ice was supplied on request from a plastic fridge tray...sometimes ungraciously.. lift was tiny..one person and a large bag would fit, lift was not working on 2 occasions so we had to climb 5 floors of inadequate stairs, other guests talked very loudly until late at night (why shout? its a small room! are they deaf?) ...smoke often filled hallways and we were charged a bed tax which according to my reading of our receipt had already been paid. Pillows were disgusting lumpy long past their use by date synthetic brown-yellow sad masses and the carpet was forgettable. Used a lot of tropical strength bug repellent and wi fi frequently dropped out. Felt sorry for cleaning staff who were also very competent..they tried their best ..well done ladies!

Review 8:Nice area, supermarket, bakery laundromat close...cleaners did their best, most of reception staff were helpful (not all), tarrif reasonable as we booked nearly a year in advance, bus and metro on time and efficient, hot water was hot not tepid. Many thanks to those reception staff who were competent and friendly..you know who you are.

Review 9:The staff was very nice and proactive. Also, Boulogne-Billancourt is a nice place to stay. Within 15 minutes on the subway you are at the Eiffel Tower.

Review 11:rien

Review 12:Very small rooms. No kettle available. Mirror broken. Nothing much in breakfast. Kindly do not stay in this hotel. Total wastage of money.

Review 13:It is near to marshal sambat metro station

Review 14:Wi-fi was weak. At reception, however, no problems.

Review 15:This is perfect for spending one night. The room was rather small, but well kept, and it had all we needed for our stay.

Review 16:The bathroom is tiny. Extremely essential. The shower, directly on the floor, has a curtain but it is hard not to spill water in the rest of the tiny bath "room". The room in general is fine if you spend the shortest time in there. Apart from the breakfast room, the common locals would need a bit of restoration.

Review 17:The receptionists are generally very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the pheriphery, thus maybe a bit far from the center. The closest metro station is 10 minute walk away. The room was clean.

Review 18:The cost of the hotel was cheap compaired to everywhere else in Paris but STILL very expensive for a two star hotel. You can get breakfast in morning but the don't serve food at all after 09.30am.

Review 19:Good Location right near the Seine, makes a lovely walk into the centre of Paris. Billancourt is cheaper to eat compaired to other places around central Paris. The hotel was good if you don't expect to much, really good bed.

Review 20:Bathrooms and electrical fittings in bedrooms in poor repair. In need of good refurbishment. Location on busy main road meant high traffic noise (even on 5th floor) and disturbance from very early in mornings.

Review 21:Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Review 22:Private parking is 10 min walk from hotel and cost 14 eur/day

Review 23:good location on area with a lot of shops & restaurants & markets Metro station is 10 min walk away from hotel

Review 24:Bit away from the city centre . Need to walk for 10 mins for the nearest metro. Price seems to be bit exta.

Review 25:The Staff was very friendly and helpful . And there are lot of restaurants and shops nearby. connected by metro and a direct one to Eiffel

Review 26:A bit far from the city centre but not a major problem. We were aware of this prior to booking.

Review 27:We loved that the staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with any questions that we might have. They let us borrow the hotel adapter at no extra cost. The room was a bit small but clean.

Review 28:A little cold, small room.

Review 29:Location

Review 30:parking is very difficult

Review 31:They said they could provide a baby's cot and this did not materialise They also increased the price because we had a baby

Review 32:Carpet needs cleaning. The tolilet did not work on the second day of my stay :::

Review 33:It is close to some OECD offices.

Review 34:Terrible breakfast and bath.

Review 35:it's good, that hotel is near the metro station.

Review 36:N/A

Review 37:Staff and location excellent

Review 38:Good access points, 10 minutes from the metro, half an hour from the tour Eiffel. Helpful and friendly staff.

Review 39:Very friendly staff.

Review 40:close to my business destination

Review 41:breakfast room quite squeezed

Review 42:very friendly and professional staff

Review 43:Polite staff.

Review 44:friendly helpfull staff. basic but clean room.

Review 45:accumulated dirt in the wall lamp :-)

Review 46:Good situation Arrival late (23:30) but still very good reception

Review 47:none

Review 48:Everything is normal, also front or counter people are so nice.

Review 49:small room tyny shower Don't try

Review 50:Nice staff Nice location

Review 51:room could use some renovation

Review 52:location, staff, quiet

Review 53:Everything

Review 54:Nothing

Review 55:No air-condition (issue if you are visiting in the warm and humid season). Small room (which is standard in Paris) but a smaller than usual toilet and shower.

Review 56:The location is nice if you need to be in this area of Paris. The staff was nice and supportive.

Review 57:The decor and facilities were tired and dated. The standard of cleanliness was poor. The room was small and stuffy.

Review 58:The location was good for visiting central Paris. The Metro was a short walk away. The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Review 59:nothing pointing

Review 60:I hear so badly sympathy of the French, but certainly it is not the Tim Hotel, staff very friendly and hardworking. very clean room, bus almost at the door. Very good quality price ratio.

Review 61:Room a bit small. Drain smell in shower. No 'in room ' coffee making facilities.

Review 62:Great for proximity to tennis. Reasonable for central Paris. Staff good. Breakfast fine. Good value for money.

Review 63:The room and bathroom wasn't dirty, but it could be much cleaner and more frequently repaired.

Review 64:Hotel has a good position near metro Marcel Sembat. Personal was very nice and breakfast was good as well. We had a tiny twin-bed room for 45€/night incl. breakfast which as have seen is a very good price in Paris.

Review 65:- The blanket is not clean and used for whole period of my stay - Windows are not clean - TV does not have international channels in other languages

Review 66:Friendly staff Nice room Location Bathroom cleanness

Review 67:No white blankets, just a rug. Have not seen any vegetables on the breakfast table.

Review 68:Nice and helpful staff, room was really clean. good price to stay, if you wanna hotel for just to have a good sleep, hot shower and nice breakfast.

Review 69:The distance from the city was slightly far, but we knew that when we booked (you get what you pay for) and in no way impeded our enjoyment of Paris

Review 70:The staff were simply wonderful, everything was clean, and for the price we couldn't have asked for more!

Review 71:The installations aren't new, but the really negative point of the room is the very very very small bathroom.

Review 72:I was looking for a cheap hotel and i found it. If you wanna go to that specific region of Paris and looking for just a place to sleep, it is a very good option. No problems with the internet.

Review 73:The room was definitely small, with a tiny bathroom. Furniture is pretty old and so are the moquette on the floor and the curtains and the building generally speaking. There were no towels in the bathroom and when I asked for them I only received one. Breakfast was extremely basic in spite of its cost (11 Euro).

Review 74:My room was very small and the bathroom was incredibly small. Do not stay here fore more than 3 nights.

Review 75:I was in Paris for a 3 days meeting very close to the hotel. I recommend it if you need a bed for few days.

Review 76:Small bedroom. The last night was really terrible because there was a couple making a lot noise laughing and taliking loudly. I called the reception several times but they did not do much but phone them but the couped did not stop. So I ended up turning on the TV so as not to hear them. This lasted until 4 am. That was a terrible experience

Review 77:The staff was really friendly and helpful except for one occasion as I describe below

Review 78:Small room (but enough if you basically are in there to sleep). The price for the room was a bit on the high side for this category of hotel.

Review 79:Quiet room (5th floor). Friendly personnel.

Review 80:Well...no complaints really but who wouldn't want to pay less? Thebreakfasts could offer a bit more perhaps.

Review 81:The staff was great!!...and they let me keep my bicykle in the gardenwhich was much safer than on the street.

Review 82:Small rooms, expensive for what they have to offer, but still betterthan the most at the center of Paris with the same price range.

Review 83:The staff was really nice, friendly easy to communicate with and eagerto help you . The hotel is like 20 min from the center and there is ametro station near by. The neighbourhood is quite nice too.

Review 84:very very very far from the metro,,, you keep asking if your on the right direction,, so if your walking from the closest metro its more like a 25 min walk with all your luggage,,, plus that area closes quite early...lil scary for a tourist..

Review 85:front desk was ok...not the most helpful..

Review 86:Room I was allocated was very smal for family.

Review 87:All the staff where excellent specialy one of the girls. And the evening and nit staff Excellent I will say thanks to all

Review 88:Advise not to request reception to book the cab. You are required to payan additional charge of 15 Euros. Book by yourself!

Review 89:Budget friendly for the location. An average price of 80 Euro/night.

Review 90:very god hotel and good placement, very good value for money.

Review 91:The 11€ breakfast was cereal, croissant and ham.

Review 92:The location, price and free WiFi is excellent.

Review 93:The plumbing could use some upgrades but I would stay here again.

Review 94:The wifi was very reliable. Good value and comfort.

Review 95:noisy

Review 96:staff very helpfulll

Review 97:A noise in the court

Review 98:Low price Deskboy was really kind Big room

Review 99:Central ventilation noisy

Review 100:Very central in Boulogne Staff smiling

Review 101:Le petit déjeuner trop cher.

Review 102:Small bathroom.

Review 103:Good hotel, friendly staff, good location.

Review 104:the location is a little far away from the metro station, however, it's easy to find.

Review 105:The room is perfect and really nice!!! The staff is so kind.

Review 106:Broken toilet lid. Such things should be fixed immediately.

Review 107:Quiet room on the backyard side.

Review 108:Staffan very courteous

Review 109:Clean

Review 110:With no air con, a bit too warm.

Review 111:Staff excellent - efficient and friendly

Review 112:Staff were genuinely friendly, very helpful.

Review 113:The fact that our twin rooms were not available, and we had to stay in two hotels, it ruined the whole trip!!!!

Review 114:A little too far from the city centre and from the nearest Metro station.

Review 115:Located in a lovely area, near the river. Staff was patient and friendly.

Review 116:cheap but quite comfortable:) I would recomend for those who do sightseeing and don't want to spend a lot of money on acomodation :)

Review 117:there is no English Chanels on the TV. the internet connection breaks up all the time.

Review 118:staffs are very friendly and helpful

Review 119:Due refreshing.

Review 120:All staff are excellent - very welcoming, friendly and efficient
