Review 1：I was first charged too much (system error) but when I called after I noticed this I was met with great friendliness and the person appropriately apologized, and promised to correct and remove the parking 12 eur from the final. Very nice.

Review 2：comfort of bed is very poor. I requested a one big double bed, but at the hotel I found that two single beds put together to become a big double bed, and those two single beds are always moving apart, so very very uncomfortable...

Review 4：The hotell was full of motorbyke people. There was a heavymetall concert with terrible noisy sound and we could not sleep late afternoon at all.

Review 27：The room was above the bar/nightclub and was noisy. We told them we will have a two year old in our room, yet had to request twice for a potty. The fuse went in the morning and we had no main lighting -this is also just bad luck, but the annoying thing was that we maintenance guy doesn't work on weekends. So the receptionist had to fix this for us. He was very helpful and did his best, but he shouldn't have to fix fuses. Especially not in a four star hotel. The breakfast was ok, not four star stuff and the coffee wasn't great.

Review 28：Those that were working were very busy, but helpful. The kids area with the 'ball sea' was great. The location was handy being so close to the bus/train stations.

Review 32：This is an excellent hotel. The staff are always helpful, the rooms are extremely comfortable (especially the beds!) and very clean. The breakfast is wonderful. It's also very convenient for the railway station but also only a short distance from the city centre.
