Review 1：Bed was not confortabke. Tv channels selection was not good even for local tv. Bathroom unsafe with water from the shower going into the floor.

Room was cleaned everyday but had to ask for tea and coffee to be filled up and ask for milk. TV only has world news in English. Free wifi was good tho. Review 10：We had a serious discussion with the staf over very bad service, I have at the moment a mail pending with the Director (he was not pressent at days at the hotel) In any normal case I would let this go but in this case the treatment was very below anything I have experienced.

Review 11：The lack of English speakers for a international hotel was very poor. Just a simple request to wash my babys bottle took around 3 people to understand. No Tea or coffee in the room. Hospitality lets the hotel down. Not even an offer to take our bags up when we asked it was a very half hearted yes.

Review 16：The location is too far from the City center. Everytime we wanted to go to the city (which is everyday) the only way to go is take a taxi and it cost 23€-25€ one way; so we had to spend about 50€ each day for transportation. There was no metro or bus option nearby.

Review 29：What possesses a designer to build an hotel, that only has either heating or cooling for the entire hotel. So you arrive in the room to find it boiling hot, informed by the staff that we cannot have cooling in our room as the entire hotel is on heating. Staff advised that if we are to warm to open the window.... please note this was christmas eve with the room overlooking the motorway... Then for breakfast we were served one slice of a pre sliced supermarket loaf lightly toasted ... pan con tomate.... for 7 euros per person...

Review 31：Before going to hotel the payment of the reservation was caos! No credit cards were accepted, people haven't helped, even when we have called for them trying to solve the situation (5x) and they were just with that "don't care" feeling.

They just point you in the direction of a hospital but in no way assist you to make your stay less painful. 3. The restaurant food is HORRIBLE. The chef is a fan of lemons so he adds a lemon mayonnaise to everything and gives us a different name. In the end, everything tastes acidic from the lemon. Even the beef and the fish. 4. The location. It's in a spot surrounded by almost abandoned buildings and is nowhere NEAR a restaurant. You'd have to walk 30 minutes to find even a remotely small restaurant let alone a big one. It's not near the centre and the only people who would stay here, stay for the price.

I think this service should be free, especially when the wi fi doesn't always works.

Review 53：Fancied a night in Madrid before our booked flight home and looked at the last minute for a hotel near to Chamartin Railway Station, we had a four and a half hour drive and arrived quite late, parking was easy outside the hotel and the guy on check in was ready for our arrival, which was welcomed. Room was lovely and I think the bed was a very firm memory foam type, which we loved. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional for the price we paid and the single lady setting things out was really nice and super efficient. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this hotel again.
