Review 1：Don't use the resteraunt it's awful. Set 3 course meal is 12e too good to be true and it was. Don't fall for it like we did. Resteraunt looks lovely but food is dire.

Review 5：Excellent location in the centre of Santa Cruz, many restaurants and shops nearby. Also close to the modern tram that connects Santa Cruz with the old capital La Laguna. The room was not very big, but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi worked well, but was rather slow (4/0.1 Mbps). Friendly and helpful staff. Overall the service is more like a four star than like a three star hotel. I did not take breakfast in the hotel, but was pleased to see that they also offer some cheap and simple breakfast options for guests who have not booked the breakfast buffet. It is worth paying extra for the park view, which is really great. From the higher floors you see the park, the city and the ships in the harbour. However, they also sell some rooms as having "park view", which don't have it. They first gave me room 213 where I could only see a wall and some tree tops. I complained and got room 710, where the view was excellent. I did not experience any noise problem as mentioned by some other reviewers. The double window shields sound from the street very well. However, the walls are certainly thin. And friends of mine stayed in a park view room during carnival season and told me they could not sleep at all.

Review 6：Hard beds, a dark room, a bit small. A bit noisy too. Parking in private parking wasn't possible, so we had to pay about 25 euro per day (which was half the price of the room).

Review 23：The staff is very friendly. I returned in the middle of the night (~3 a.m.) and said: "Sorry, I suspect that I lose a card-key". The answer was:" No, problem, sir, we have a lot of them. What is your name and room number?" :)

Review 24：Despite making my booking more than 6 months ago and specifically requested not a conjoined room they gave me the worst room 705 as they claim hotel was booked . You can hear even the breathing from the next room and imagine their sexual activities . It was horrible room.very noisy and pillows are very hard and in uncomfortably strange shape

Review 27：Everything! The hotel was clean, comfortable, just lovely. The location was central, meaning it was possible to walk to all the main sights and there were buses and trams if you wanted to go further afield. The staff was helpful, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around, and the room was exactly what we needed.

The double bed was a real double bed, not too single beds pushed together as is sometimes the case elsewhere. Review 33：THere was construction going on in the building next door - right on the other side of the bedroom walls. Of course the staff merrily check you into the rooms anyway, then act all suprised when you complain about the noise. That is the manager did, because the receptionist couldn't speak english. Apart from the construction noise, there is also the issue of the hotel reception being in a shopping centre, and the rooms being accessed off this. Also, all floors are stone, so the noise of the chambermaids repositioning furniture reverberates through all the other rooms all day. The shower was actually rather dangerous. For no apparent reason the water temperature would very violently swing from warm to scorching hot.

My baggage did not turn up at the airport on the friday and it was late on sunday night when I had to go to the airport to pick it up.I had zero help from Vueling airlines who lost my luggage and they never contacted me once in the time it was missing. But 10 out of 10 for Lorena and Juan who called the airport on numerous occasions on my behalf trying to get information on where my luggage was.Thanks again to them.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the main shopping street, the market...but far enough not to hear any noise from the bars...the staff is excellent, they did their best to help us out, gave us some hints- where to go, what to do..big thanks to Juan, Lorena and the rest of the crew-you were amazing! And compared to the service in other Tenerife 3star hotels we have been- the treatment you will be given in Principe Paz is more like a treatment in a 5star hotel... I highly recommend this hotel!
