Review 1：Everything was great. Extra bonus for the king size bed that actually WAS king size (not just 2 beds pushed together). Huge deal if you're sharing a bed with a baby :) Good breakfast and super easy car parking facilities

Review 4：we booked the hotel room late maybe 2 hours before,when we arrived they told us that the room was not ready yet and we understand that because we arrived earlier than we said when we booked,but the hotel staff arranged an other more expensive room directly to no more cost even doe the hotel was quite full.And we enjoyed our visit at the hotel.

Review 5：The regulations in Finland are different from the booking machine. I got a room for 1 adult and 2 teenagers in a good prize, but in Finland the children should be under 12 years, while getting that prize. I should have paid extra money in hotel. The breakfast time was really busy, it failed some foods.

Review 28：This hotel has an odious policy of regarding kids over 13 years as adults. I booked a family room and I had to pay an extra 20 euros for each of my 15 year old nephews. We had little choice but to pay the supplement because conversely the hotels regards them as too young at that age to have a room on their own which would have been more desirable given the eventual cost of a family room. This policy is only in the "small print" and I've never come across it before. I won't be staying at this hotel or with this chain again.

Review 29：Stayed on first floor and some weird banging noise in the middle of the night made bed tremble as if basket ball court behind the wall. The noise didn't go on for too long, so not a big problem.
